Recently, I had a motherboard replaced and the microphone didn't work when I got it back. I brought it back to a former employee named Zuhare, who was the only person I had dealt with on this particular laptop. I had to bring it back several times times for multiple issues. The guy had my laptop for 2 full days and never touched it to fix the mic. Seemed annoyed I even asked. Anyway, I had a few choice words for him, then didn't go back for a few months. I finally decided to go back and the new employee and owner fixed it for me for free within a day. No charge. Now that Zuhare is gone, it is a wonderful place again.

It was like 60% of normal brightness.., complete junk! The owner then tried to charge me an extra $50 for a brighter screen they would order that might work correctly.
