I recently decided to remodel my master bathroom, and a friend referred me to 365 Cabinets & Flooring in Indio, CA to shop for vanity cabinets and a countertop. Eric, who works at the store, digitally designed my cabinet layout based on the measurements I provided. He was incredibly fast and fluent with the design software, and within just a few minutes I was able to clearly visualize how my master bathroom would look. Eric was also very patient and took the time to show me all the different cabinet color options so I could find the one I liked best. Mr. Wang from the delivery department was also wonderful. He arrived on time and helped us load all the cabinets and countertops carefully. Their prices are very competitive and very reasonably priced compared to other places I checked. Absolutely mortified! I'm not even gonna go into this the whole story, but I had been working with this particular company for months, and I have a very long text thread of all our plans, the contractor for my kitchen had been out to my home at least four or five times to take measurements, sent me a beautifully design kitchen And now because I have to be in my house by May 31 I had to pick a different style kitchen from a different company that I was even lucky to find as most companies that do kitchen builds and installs were saying it would be 6-8 weeks just to order the cabinet supplies. Long story short, the owner time and time and time again, and I have the text thread to prove it, he assured me that as soon as the interior walls of my kitchen paint were dried, he would be out there and have the kitchen installed in two days on April 14. His name was Eric, but he assured me that anybody could assist me . I guess the entire state of Arizona doesn't have cell phone service , because he was in Arizona on the day of my kitchen Install April 14. Not only did he lose me time and money that was precious in order to get my occupancy permit to move into my new home, it was the lack of communication that was so unprofessional and beyond my ability as a business owner to comprehend. His partner or employee or whoever it is Andreas , he even called me two days before the April 14 Install, and was all upbeat and excited telling me that he had pushed things around and I have the text thread to prove it, he said rest assured we've got you. He kept saying we got you you're taken care of we'll see you at eight or 10am A.M. April 14th. We had to move around our construction crew, some of them missed other jobs just to be there so the kitchen could get primary focus, we went out of our way to make sure the kitchen was painted first so it could be done first. April 14 comes around....8am- no 365 cabinets at my house. I thought well they're just running late. 10 AM, 11 A.M., then noon! NO ONE HAD CALLED ME! I work 13 hour shifts, and I work with the population of people during this time of Coachella, that festival atenderá we're dying of fentanyl overdoses , so I put my full trust to 365 cabinets and having been reassured by Andreas that they would be there, I was able to focus on Work April 14, or so I thought. I finally had to call them around noon on April 14, and he still didn't really explain to me why they didn't show up. I felt like I was on an emotional whiplash! Not even 24 hours earlier he had called me to tell me all the good news how he had arranged his projects so that mine would be possible on April 14th. Finally I just said " Andreas, just get back to me and let me know when you can install my kitchen." He said, and i quote, " you've got it sir, you'll hear back from me by 5pm at the latest today." Just like my chance of ever using or recommending this place again, 5 pm came and went, no phone call no answer no texts from Andreas. Something about couldn't reach Eric in the state of Arizona after it had been a couple days. It put us in a real tight spot as I have no place to live on May 31, and have to have a kitchen and the city to come out and give me my final permit . Absolutely shameful..... I understand mistakes, I understand that things get mixed up, but what I don't understand is not having the courage to pick up the phone and just say "hey I'm taking accountability for this, we messed up. How can I make this right with you James " I had to hurry and scramble and call every kitchen and cabinet company in the inland Empire Riverside County Coachella Valley anywhere . They were giving me times like eight weeks or longer before the materials could even be delivered, much less installed. Thank God for for SUMMIT DESIGNS LTD in Corona. Not only do they have a nice showroom, you can hear the warehouse connected to them building cabinets getting things ready to be set out and delivered The owner presenting me with a proper contract had me put 50% down which is normal and because he's a general contractor you can tell he knows what he's doing . The bonus I was gonna give Eric at 3:65, I'm happily going to give to my new kitchen vendor at SUMMIT . To ghost a customer that you've been working with for months is un reprehensible! Stay away from this place, they may be the least expensive in the Valley, but you won't even get to pay that low cost because they don't show up, and worse yet they don't communicate. 10 times I had to tell him what type island I wanted and he couldn't get it or understand it. The very first day I called SUMMIT, the owner himself drove down to my home and took measurements and even corrected some things that were wrong from 365 cabinets measurements. Stopped here and went in. No customers inside but 2 men look at something on computer screen. I walked all around a couple times and finally had to go ask for help. They were busy and asked me to wait. Liked their cabinets but not the initial feeling. Was thinking and thought maybe I should check for some reviews. Glad I did. Didn't like what I found. Wasn't one negative review but several. With that record I decided to pass and I'll keep looking for another cabinet company. read more

let the buyer beware‼ i purchased two pallets of flooring from eric4 (1700 sqft) and love the floors. still working on the install. this flooring was selected because it had matching transitions that are 8 foot long made out of the same material and coloring as the floors. i am blessed to have a good friend who happens to be a general contractor and knows every trade install the floors for me. i am paying him for his time and knowledge while he is here. he is also giving me a huge discount due to our friendship and i am letting him stay with his wife in my studio apartment attached to my home to help save $ and not pay for a hotel room. i am grateful for this & besides, it's just the right thing to do. i went to pick up 5 transition strips to finish off the areas completed so far. in the showroom, erics brother tried to pass off 5 different color strips that were clearly not matching the floors after i paid him $125.00 in cash. he had told me they were in stock in the back warehouse. i told him no & refused to accept them. eric's brother has a very limited understanding of our english language. any time he is working the store, he has to call eric and put him on speaker phone so he can understand what i am asking for. eric was called & i explained that what he was doing was wrong. he took my cash and tried to pass off transitions strips that were clearly not matching the floors! eric asked me to wait till thursday so he could go to the warehouse and get the correct ones. i was upset but agreed to this as i had no choice. thursday comes & i go down to the showroom to pick up the correct transition strips. eric is working in the showroom floor and points to a stack in the corner. the top transition strip looks correct to me, so i thank him, put them in my truck and head home. i give them to my contractor who is busy doing some other work in the house. he asked me to put them aside for now. i leaned them up on a wall and left for an appointment. when i return, my contractor asks if i want to hear the bad news or the bad news? i laughed and said give me the bad news. get this, the top transition strip in the stack matched the floors, but, the other four were clearly different in pattern and color!!!! i was taken advantage of again, this time by eric who clearly ran the show at the store‼ i should have checked every single strip, but i chose to trust eric and chalked up the first batch of wrong strips to a communication barrier between his brother and i. not in my wildest dreams did i think eric would screw me over like his brother tried to. i called the store, they closed for the day by then. i left a voicemail, no one has returned my call yet. this was over 24 hours ago. clearly they are aware of their error? lies? by now, someone should have called me at the number i left them. eric is very aware i am on a time deadline and obviously did not care one bit. i had to let my contractor go as he had another job scheduled. he did promise me to come back and finish the job in 10 days. my home is a disaster zone. had i received the correct transition strips, the three of us could have put everything back where it belongs, and finished my home so i could enjoy my new floors. however because the employees of 365 flooring, eric and his brother lied to me, took advantage of my trusting good nature, took my cash money and never came through on their promise, i get the joy of living like this for the next 10 days. i am mad at myself for not checking every single piece, but when i spend the amount of cash that i did, i expect the business to be honest in their dealing with me and live up to the promises they make to the customer. clearly eric & his brother do not know the first thing about honesty and dealing fairly with anyone in a business setting. since they have screwed me twice now, i am going to do everything in my power to get the correct transition strips as well as warn everyone that i can to stay away from this company. this post will be going up on every single site that i can reach. this company will not get away with stealing my money and not giving me the product i bought in good faith from them. on a more personal note that relates to this... i am truly sick of being an honest man in a world that has no values, morals, honesty or faith with a wanna be king, dictator & convicted felon sitting in the office of the presidency. that goes against the very constitution this country was founded upon. it is now become very obvious that our founding fathers knew exactly what they were doing when they put into our constitution that a convicted felon shall never hold the office of the president of the united states of america‼ the person in there now needs to be in jail where he now belongs. is it any wonder the rule of law is now dead in this country? read more

Just walked in and the guy behind the desk wouldn't get off of his phone to acknowledge that I was in his business when two customers finally told me that they didn't work there and he was a guy. He finally looked up and said how can I help you? I said do you want business? He didn't answer so I walked out freaking rude. Don't go to this business if you want customer service. read more
