Wow this guy saved the day!!!!! it's late at night around 11 PM. I'm out of town and my dog watcher is going to check on my dogs and lost my house Key fob and was looking for it for a while then we both decide it's lost so we tried to call different Lock Smiths around Irvine and nobody was helpful until finally I found this company and he was able to get there within 10 minutes , and opened my door within 5 minutes!! I was so nervous about my dogs and felt helpless being out of town, but thanks to them for getting the job done!!!! Quick, dependable, & very responsive! THANKS AGAIN!!!!

I had a unique situation. My rooftop cargo carrier, that we only use for our trips to the mountains, was failing to open. Both locking mechanisms (one on each side of the unit), were jammed. After trying relentless to open myself (actually breaking one of the two keys that came with the storage unit in the process) and getting absolutely no support from the manufacturer, I decided to reach out to a locksmith. I called five locksmiths prior to reaching out to 365 Locksmith. All five wanted nothing to do with helping me. I was growing incredibly frustrated because the cargo unit was locked with my wife's ski's and ski boots, and my only other option would have been to break the unit to get them out. Further, I'd only had the storage unit for little over a year and spent $600 for it. However, I decided to give 365 Locksmith a call before going that route. After spending a few minutes with Elchanan on the phone, and sharing a few pictures, he said he'd be willing to give it a try. I delivered the storage unit to Elchanan and after taking a few moments to inspect the situation, he got to work. His ultimate concern was that he didn't want to damage the unit, and with the locking mechanisms being internal, he was essentially going at this task blind. He was incredibly methodical, patient and strategic in his approach. In fact, I'd say he was surgical in his approach, and after about 45 mins, he was able to open one side of the cargo unit with no damage. Once he had it opened, he gained a better understanding of how the locking mechanism worked, while also identifying the cause as to why it wasn't unlocking in the first place. This made things much easier/quicker for unlocking the other side. All in all, he spent about an hour doing his thing. It was impressive, and we'll worth the $125 he charged me. Best thing is that I now know why the unit failed to open (the internal locking mechanism has these red pins that need to stay lubed in order to work properly) and with some WD-40, I can mitigate this issue moving forward. I'm not one to leave reviews, but my experience with 365 Locksmith is worth my time in sharing. Happy New Year!

I wish I could give more stars to this amazing man. I was locked out and both means of entering the garage like I normally do, failed. Of course. I'm a single mom of three girls and my youngest is 6, she was asleep in the car and I was dreading the idea of her waking up before getting her to bed. Thankfully I found this guy and he messaged me immediately and showed up within 20 minutes. He had to use a drill on my front door lock BUT did it in a way so I could still lock it from the inside. Very thoughtful and kind of him. Money is extremely tight and I was bawling my eyes out moments before he showed up to help. Elchanan saved the day by fixing our sliding door lock for the backyard. It's a commercial style glass sliding door and turns out they don't make the lock anymore. He took the lock with him to see the closest thing he could find and came back to test it out. Unfortunately, it was too big. Fear not! He took a piece FROM the new lock he purchased and was able to engineer it to fit my old lock and like magic, it works! It was not an easy job by any means but he came through in the end and will be my go-to for any future locksmith needs. Oh and on his way out, he helped me with a free tip that saved me on having to purchase a whole new front door lock. Highly recommend! read more

Fantastic service. Our 5 year old locked the bathroom door in our new house and then shut it from the outside, locking us out of the bathroom with lights on and not sure if water was still running. We never realized the door knob did not have a release for the lock. Elchanan responded to my message within 5 minutes, quoted me by phone, and arrived within the hour late at night. He was able to open the door despite what turned out to be a broken lock mechanism and no lock release (with no damage at all to the door). Really appreciated the fast and prompt service. Amazing!!! I lost my keys and my car is a keyless entry. I called the dealer and was going to need to tow the car there then pay $350 to get them to make me a new fob. I called another place and it was $150 for the tech to show up then whatever he wanted to charge me afterwards. I then called 365 locksmith and gave me a flat rate and showed up ten minutes later!!! I couldn't believe how easy it was especially with him reprogramming a new key fob and making the spare key as well. read more

I only had 1 key to enter my car and no spare. Well, with my luck the remote to my only key broke and it was a hassle to get in without the car alarm going off. Finally decided I needed to get myself a new Remote + Key Programed for my car. First I want to say, I probably called 10 different Locksmiths, some nearby some further out. I either got they didn't do the keys to my car model or gave me a ridiculous price (over 200) and that was just not in my budget. I finally gave 365 Locksmith a call and was excited to get a yes he can do it and a reasonable price with it! Aharon answered all my questions and provided me a quote over the phone. We scheduled a time meet and had a couple conflicts with scheduling, however Aharon made sure to be apologetic and accommodating due to the scheduling conflicts. The next day he came to my work place so I didn't have to worry and gave me a wonderful deal for two KEY FOBS and Remotes. Seriously, I am blown away by his business and reasonable prices and because of that I highly recommend anyone in the Irvine/OC area to give him a call. Thanks again Aharon! So, (like an idiot) I lock myself out of my house all the time. Usually, I'm able to finagle my way in through a window, use a spare or ask my landlord to come by. Well, this time, it was nearly midnight when I locked myself out. I didn't want to make a bunch of noise/upset my neighbors by trying to break into my own home and I couldn't get in touch with my landlord. The guy that came approach me looked like he seen a ghost when I gave him a simple cylinder mailbox type and he was having a hard time finding the key that will even go into the cylinder even though I described the exact type of key that I had and lost. Then the real Ridiculousness started when he told me I would have to leave it with him and there is a $75 minimum charge but they charge by the hour and the rate is $150! I wasn't embarrassed to show how shocked I am specially when they did similar jobs of recreating a key for me on different type of locks that I brought them and the only thing you could tell tell me is that it's sorry that I feel like the price is ridiculous but that's the price. To add insult to injury the guy in the back yelling at me that you will take them time to find the correct key blank and once they find them they have to manually file the key to the lock as if we're in the 1950s. Dyslexia in there I brought them is a simple mailbox type cylinder and the wipers are sticking out accessible you can just grab them with your fingernails and yank them out and make the key according to the size of the wipers it honestly shouldn't take more than 15 minutes but for some reason when I came in I guess they thought they can make me leave it with them at $150 an hour rate and they would tell me once they'll decide it's ready that it's being this many hours and my inflated bill they thought would somehow justify a lock that is $10 at Home Depot brand new. Like I said I've been going there for many years I can't even remember how many dozens of work they've done for me they were never the cheapest or never gave me the feeling that I paid even a fair rate always felt like I'm paying on the expensive side of things but they were close to where I work and it was convenient so I paid I continue to come back and I shut up but not anymore. I am now at a different locksmith place waiting for the lock to have his new keys made as I was told it'll be 10 to 15 minutes to recreate them so I'm waiting on site guess what my quote was $35 for the first key $5 for any additional key blank. I had only one set of keys for both the switch and gas cap. Unfortunately I recently lost my key set. I called several mobile locksmith's in Orange County to have replacement keys made. No one was willing to work on anything older than 2004 and especially not on a 1930 Model A. Finally someone recommended Semko saying he works on classic cars. I called him yesterday and he responded to my home today. It took him over an hour to figure out the locks and generate replacement keys. Semko had to use real locksmithing skills to get the job done. He was also very friendly and took the time to explain how the spring loaded gas cap locks. If you ever need a locksmith, especially for a classic car, Semko is your man.

This is my 2nd time using 365 Locksmith services. Eichanan was as professional and knowledgeable as ever. As with my daughter's Ford Focus before, he quickly and efficiently programmed my FOB & cut the entry key for my 2008 Toyota Highlander. And, he did it all right in my driveway (just the savings in gas and time is a great value-add). Btw--He is about HALF the price of going to the Dealer for your car Make. All of our employees were locked out of the office today and Elchanan saved us! He was incredible and went above and beyond, he not only got us into the office before the phones switched over from the service. He also spent an extra hour fixing all of the problems we had been having with the lock prior to today. I feel safer just knowing that this place exists. I lost my keys in Irvine Spectrum and within 20 minutes, someone was there to help me unlock my car and make a copy of my keys in another 15. They even gave me my new key fob for half-price as I had asked for the generic version and they ran out and were willing to give me the branded version for the same price.
