Called Premier - Andy was able to tell me over the phone a price for a duplicate key with fob for my vehicle. He came and couldn't do it because our vehicle has special software needed. We had him make an additional key for another vehicle. He gave our number to someone who has the special software. That all worked out and now we have duplicate keys for all our cars!
