With COVID, you need a mask and maintain social distancing, and there's a limited number of people inside. They've upped prices and the new people are so awful I've stopped coming. I used to come almost everyday and spend a couple $100 to $500 and need somebody with me because of the limit. I've had tons of friends come here and I've told them to stop. They don't care about customer service anymore or know what they are talking about. One new guy who was wearing a poop emoji from his ear ignored me and only spoke to the male I was with. Then walked away and didn't ask me if I need anything when I was the one to come in and ask for something. He just kept ignoring me and talked to my guy friend. I've never dealt with somebody being sexist to me before there. I've only come back when i have to. This used to be such a great place but now you can't even walk into the building without people staring because of the crazy art outside. Typically, great prices and a wide selection. Only complaint is a specific staff member. She of the tats and braids and loud opinions usually negative. If you don't have something good to say, then shut your mouth. Basically she bad mouths the cheaper brands, consistently over at least the last year. This place wants "top dollar" for way "below average" leafy flower! ... Unbelievable... For the dank, you might get away with it, but this stuff looks like it was grown by a complete amateur. No big buds anywhere in all the bags i seen, Just a bunch of mediocre popcorn bud with a bunch of trim. Might get away with a 90 dollar price tag, not 175+.. and I mean PLUS! Get in with the times. Them prices are from wayyy back. In case you didnt realize, this state is saturated with cannabis! No shortages at all. There are more dispensaries in this region than Starbuck's!! Its too bad the actual growers get paid very little for all their efforts. Profits are one thing, But, why are your prices jacked up like they are?? Sheesh.... For Medication I bought a 1 g. cartridge of Indica & left. It wasn't working so I took it back two hours later. They wouldn't exchange it because their manager wasn't there, "Come back tomorrow." So I had to leave without badly needed medicine; I suffered a Work-Related Traumatic Brain Injury 10 yrs. ago. I've bought from them for over 5 years; used to live across the street, and they have screwed me many times over jammed/leaking cartridges; and mostly blaming it on the employee. Maybe it's the policy of their Chinese Owner/Boss? I do know that; from when I lived in China for one year, they Chinese aren't big on customer service. They even refused; on more than one occasion, to refund my money when They gave me or my Chinese wife a Fake Bill ($50 RMB or more); they didn't care if we came back. Customer Service is important; refusing to exchange leaking or jammed cartridges "because they were on sale" is not good policy; and they've done it many times. So I'm done; don't pee on me and tell me it's raining. I like the people, but I'll NEVER go back again! read more

My roommate and I been going there for YEARS. We both have been trying to get our medical cards renewed, but every visit we get an excuse why they can't. We have our letters. Last visit my roommate was flat out denied our medical discount. Some manager that didn't even know us had our accounts flagged. This is by the far my favorite pot shop!! I have 2 others within a 5 minute walk but will drive 15-30 minutes (seattle traffic) to come here instead. Great staff. Very very friendly. Great prices. I love the people, the product selection, and the prices. 365 has great merchandising, so everything is organized and easy to see. 365 has friendly budtenders and a good customer-loyalty program. I'm only docking a star for the parking (or lack of), as they don't have a private lot, just a few spaces in front and street parking. It's not bad on weekends, so try then! 365 is open EVERY DAY of the year. I never have to figure out if they are open when I want to shop. I shop around in my area to compare prices and find new producers, but I always come back to 365 because of the staff and the great prices/specials. read more

I have mixed feelings about this place as they used to carry an oil that I liked but now they don't carry it. On my few visits staff seemed rather off put by someone just walking in. I can see that they have what looks like an attempt of a tape queue on the floor but not really any noticeable signage telling people to wait until called by staff. When asking questions they weren't very knowledgeable about their products and I found the Leafly app to be much more informative. Though this place does offer a lot of specials I don't think it will be a regular place for me to visit. read more

I used to enjoy coming here more, but new people and running out of certain products has sucked lately. I really miss the old crew. Can't beat the prices, so I feel trapped due to money issues. I've been to several weed stores, and this one is by far the best around Seattle. We live at least 30 minutes from this place, but the only other competition that even comes close is Highway 7 Recreational in Tacoma. Their stock seems to rotate a good deal, and sometimes they run out of stock on stuff you get attached to.. but I always seem to find something better to replace it with. Their prices are great, and they add in tax so there isn't a sticker shock at the register. Their entry area is a bit odd, since there's no desk or staff in the entry.. just a waiting room you wait in for a staff to come in and check your id. My favorite thing to pick up here are their two packs of joints for $20. They have a ton of stuff here and a pretty good layout, my friend who told me about the place recommended some weed lemonade which I haven't gotten around to trying yet.
