I was a customer here for the last three years, today was my last day. I made a mobile order and was sold the wrong (and more expensive) product by newer staff. After checking my online receipt once I got home, I drove back to the location to be told I couldn't exchange the product for the one I originally ordered. Went on a trip for my dog's nails to be trimmed, low & behold there was a cannabis shop nearby, how convenient. Typically go to a different location, however this place's design caught my attention right away. A lucky choice & day for me! They have 20% everything Friday's!! Live resin cart, with the battery & a 4 pack of joints for $60? A STEAL! Great selection of product, and it's nice and tidy. I feel safe coming here. I do want to really like this place however, I always feel so rushed when I come here. They watch me like a hawk, and make me feel like they are impatiently waiting on me. I truly just want to be a consumer for a bit and check out at the fancy options. I highly recommend to give people some space to shop around. I feel like I could spend a lot more and have a greater experience if this felt like an option, but I always feel rushed. read more

The budtenders and managers need to learn the law. Would only sell us 4-10 packs of capsules saying it is legal limit. Not true According to the liquior and tabacco board website the limits are: Purchase Limits - Adults age 21 and over can purchase up to one ounce of useable marijuana (the harvested flowers, or "bud"), 16 ounces of marijuana-infused edibles in solid form, 72 ounces in liquid form, and 7 grams of marijuana concentrates. read more

I will NEVER EVER go back to this place! Signed up the reward program. Occasionally receive 20% discount coupon via text. The coupon says 'present it to receive 20% discount', when I went to the store and showed it to the staff. He said it was for yesterday only. The coupon do not say it was just for any specific day only. Please be clear with the fine print. I wouldn't make the trip there if it wasn't the for discount. 2nd time, I was shopping on the website and receive the same 20% discount offer. This time, I made sure make trip the same day to receive the discount. This time, the staff said it was for Friday only. Stop offering the discount if you aren't going to honor it. read more

I can not recommend SeaWeed enough. This may sound cheesy but I consider the budtenders at Seaweed to be my friends. They are always 100% honest and 100% accurate. Comfortable, accommodating and professional for the discriminating "40-something" Pot head, with a vibrant and energetic "millennial" flair and pastiche. If you come to Seattle for "Legal Ganja", be sure to visit SeaWeed. Get your "Seattle Coffee" at Starbucks all you want but if you want honest, open, REAL conversation about legalization and a staff that listens, visit SeaWeed. Second to none in my book. read more

Went to the help desk, asked about specific plants. The staff person just pointed and said, "go in there" to the greenhouse. Went there, was told, we just sell houseplants in here, go outside through the automatic doors". Went outside, no one, not one person out there. We walked around for a bit, still no one. Gave up and decided we could find help online and at another nursery. The coffee shop. Great idea, poorly managed. Saw some senior group had taken all but two tables and a couple of chairs for their get together. I found two chairs against the wall for my mom and I, but no tables. Made our order, sandwich and egg bites- they are brought in prepackaged from an outside company. I had to walk back and forth from my chair to the coffee counter to check on our drinks and warmed up sandwiches. After 20 minutes, have one drink and cold sandwiches. Had to go back since they forgot a drink. We ate a few bites of our sandwiches- threw away the rest. No more interest in getting the order right. Also saw one of the staff people counting out cash onto the counter next to the coffee machine. Cash and coin I believe should not be placed on counter space next to food or drink prep?

Despite WA guidelines for acceptable ID, the state acceptable standard of temporary paper document supplemented by acceptable picture ID was refused with contempt, per the in charge, who didn't have the decency of providing her name.
