Depending on the day a visit here could either be a one star experience or a five star experience so I went with middle of the road. I typically visit here when I'm home for a visit as they do have good prices on things that I'm after I did get over $150 worth of plants and flowers And I feel like we got a good deal on the inside. You can find everything from books to toys to yard, decor and General household products they do have furniture, and we did find a lift chair for an elderly family member there at a reasonable price they carry a ton of automotive and manly things, but I usually refrain from going into that section. They have Steeler merchandise as well as zippo lighters and knives available too. I think they get a truck every week and a lot of people love the produce because you can get a good deal on that parking can be fun, but I think it's worth a trip. read more

The family I was visiting was kind enough to stop by this place during my visit. Think of it as a downmarket Costco meets farmer's market meets seasonal store. Oh, with Trump campaign items. Picked up a 12 pack of organic Hershey's bars (didn't even know that was a thing) for $4. Especially fun with kids (if they are well-behaved :-). read more

He sells everything at retail price now. Plus all food and candy expired years ago. Furniture is ridiculously over priced. Wife and I went here bc we just moved back near here. We wanted to get grass seed and fertilizer. They wanted $10 more than Lowe's. Exact same bag and size. Wife said let's look at an outdoor bench. Busy beaver retail for same bench for $159.99. 380 wants $199.99. Service sucks. I needed a chain cut. Worker said he can't bc he was stocking up stuff so I did it my self and he and the owner pitched a fit at me. Just bring back the actual auction. read more

Our first time here ... and can't wait to come back again! Didn't really get the full experience as I had my four children with me. Also want to bring my wife next time. Only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars is we asked a team member for help and they just didn't seem like they liked being there. They really blew us off and we tried to tell them it was our first time there. It was like I inconvenienced them asking where something was. We loved the toy area! And I think we need to come look again at furniture. Parking lot was packed too. Hope to be back soon! read more

My family and I would come here very often over the years and absolutely love the selection and prices. Unfortunately, we won't be going here again. The reason is a personal one (which is why I gave it 3 stars and not 1). While shopping through the inside area, we noticed a large confederate flag that you can purchase; it said "heritage, not hate". Again, this is a personal reason not to shop there. If this isn't an issue for you, definitely 5 stars. If this is an issue for you then I ask you to go somewhere else. read more

Stopped at 380 Auction this past weekend as I do every year around this time of the season for their mammoth selection of plants and flowers. Years ago, I used to go to a local nursery that I absolutely loved but has since closed. Intermittently, I had tried to purchase plants through big box stores, other nurseries, and some department stores with little luck when it comes to quality, selection, and price. That's that trifecta for an amateur gardener who thinks she's much better than she is... I digress. 380 not only has a huge selection of vegetation they also offer a ton of other items, none of which are ever put up for auction. This is one of those discount stores that can be distressing for someone like me. Not severely organized, offering everything from furniture and mattresses, to toys and food. Definitely a mish-mash of things. I usually don't go inside, only weave and duck my way through the mass crowds out to score the deals and the daylilies. I scored four hanging baskets, several varieties of vegetables, enough to fill my two gardens, several flowers to plant in beds and pots, and some mushroom manure. All this was under $100.00, and I don't need to purchase another plant for the rest of the season. My garden looks good and I didn't break the bank. Totally worth a stop if you're in the area. Note the parking lot is awful, and on busy days you have to park up the hill. No fun. But they do curbside loading so that helps. read more

I'm quite surprised no one else has written about this little gem. If you didn't know any better you might just fly on by this place while coming into the city on 380. It doesn't look like much from the road but a couple of building in a small valley. The myriad of products you may find inside this complex is unexplainable at times. I mean how do you really categorize this place when they have everything from furniture to plants, kitchenware to auto parts, and pet products to toys. You can't put this on the same level as Wal-Mart or Target because the prices are way better than both combined. You actually might feel like you're pulling into a flea market at first, but believe me, what you encounter is way better than any flea market you can find. The furniture department in here is quite extensive. They offer delivery for a small fee but you are more than welcome to pick the item up yourself. Their newest room located in the back is like their seasonal room, depending on what season/holiday it is determines the products available. The knickknacks available in here can tickle your fancy for sure. I'm sure if you were to walk in here you'd end up finding something you really don't need, but want. At times there can be a vendor outside selling some type of food from hot dogs to pizza. Check outs are throughout the place, I believe even one outside so you don't need to go inside to pay for your plants. Carts available, credit cards accepted, fun to be had. read more

They would need two football fields. The owner is not always pleasant, he's stressed, overworked, efficient and highly effective. Give him a break. The ratio is a zillion -to- one. Been going here since back in the 1970's with my parents. The merchandise quality & prices are awesome. Then there's the employees, who treat you with the highest respect. Don't underestimate this place which looks simply like another agway. This store is filled with tons of items including Steelers stuff, auto care items, tools, garden items, snacks, jewelry, furniture, toys, housewares, and seasonal-specific gifts & decorations. You'd be surprised what you can find in here, and it's much larger than one would think. I love getting my Christmas decorations from here as well as anything that I need for apartment because it's so ridiculously cheap. Also for you Steelers, you won't be disappointed. There's jewelry, handbags, signs, lanyards, and so much more. For those with a green thumb, you'll love the plant and flower selection in the spring/summer months! I love places like this. Every time you visit it is like a different store. There are thousands of different items - some you want, some you need, and some you can't even identify. I found cookies I have been looking for for years. I found farmers market vegetables. I found closet supplies, school supplies, auto supplies, HBA, food, some clothing, furniture, plants. They have collectible cookie jars. Every nook and cranny had something new. Most, but not all, of it at prices you'll love. One visit can't be enough but if you wait too long to buy something, it may not be there. Plan to spend some time and just wander! You'll love it. read more

I got a few things here yesterday: Ever bearing Strawberries, Pink Ranunculus, bee trappers, and lots of Peat Moss. Bird seed is reasonably priced here. I was disappointed that I could not get a bird bath or Rhododendron. read more

Recently purchased my living room set from 380 auction. I got a good deal on the set I got. After a couple months with the set I can't say that the quality is all that good. I already have places where the seems are coming apart. I was pleased with the shopping experience but I do think a lot of the furniture 380 sells is low quality. Prices on plants are pretty good but i get a migraine every time we go there , it's so cluttered full of bulk Chinese items and old food stacked up, the cashiers are a totally miserable group of women who have zero communication skills and treat everyone like a shoplifter . If maybe management did something about cashiers it would be a better place read more

This review is for the little food stand outside of 380 Auction. The food is amazing and the customer service is even better! I got a pulled pork sandwich with slaw, macaroni salad, and a drink for $4! It tasted amazing and was a great bargain. Next time I go here I'm definitely getting food again! read more

I went to pick up and finish paying off on my dining room table that I ordered from them. The lady who works there was completely rude, very aggressive, and uncooperative. Upon walking in and informing her that I was there to pick up, she demanded my previous order sheet (which we were never told to bring upon pickup). She was trying to make us drive home to pick this sheet up ( we live 30 miles away). Which was irrelevant since we still had to pay for the table. I told her that I would show her the bank record of this on my phone which she said meant nothing to her. She then made a big deal out of this in front of other customers about how we need to read the signs that are posted. I said well you should be informing customers to bring this for their pickup. At this time she lost it. I tried to go on their website to inform the company of the nasty people they have working for them, but to my surprise there is no contact email available. I will never order from this aggressive company again! read more

If I could give a negative star I would. I had the most horrifying experience there this week. I have been a customer of the 380 Auction in Murrysville for over 25 years. I had a full cart of flowers and I told the employee I was placing flowers to be held for me on a table by the register. If you have a table you don't want used, don't put it by a register or put a sign not to set purchases there. Customers have always been told they can hold items on the tables by the check out and I have done so in the past. The employee at the register told me to get the plants off the table and get another cart. So I went and got an additional cart. When I got back to the table I was deciding if I still wanted one of the plants so I guess I did not move fast enough to suit him. The employee then screamed at me saying "I said to get the flowers off the table you f****** r*****". To use the r word with profanity was sooooo inappropriate and wrong on so many levels. Shocked and shaking and holding back tears I went to find a manager and was given an owner. She apologized for him and told me she would reprimand him right away. Well not minutes later he was back working, just not at the register. I saw the other owner at the register so I decided to take my cart and get in line to address him. This employee should have been fired. How can you have someone with no morals represent your business, unless you just don't care. The owner actually got angry with me saying they apologized to me already, what else did I want? I was thankful there were two women in line that said they heard everything. They stated they couldn't stand there and keep silent any longer. They stated how they felt so bad at what I had to go through. Then add to that, having the owner treat me disrespectfully also. I thanked them for having the courage to speak up. They took a stand and said they would never come back either. Please do not patronize this place. There are many businesses who treat their customers with humanity and respect. Support them! read more
