You can find everything from books to toys to yard, decor and General household products they do have furniture, and we did find a lift chair for an elderly family member there at a reasonable price they carry a ton of automotive and manly things, but I usually refrain from going into that section. They have Steeler merchandise as well as zippo lighters and knives available too. There are times where it is well organized and there is a great selection and there are times where it feels like someone just randomly dropped things in with no order or sense of why. Service is kind of hit or miss too. There are times that the line is extremely long and it is hard to find someone to ask questions to and there are times where it seems you bump into associates everywhere. Im short, it can be a great place for bargain hunting, but it can also leave you with nothing but an empty cart and frustration.

Those stocking shelves are wasting time carrying one item at a time while their carts are at the end of the aisle. The store continues to remove items that shoppers want. The pizza sauce is now moved to a spot no one would see and only shows a few offerings because the shelf has not been stocked! The cake decorations empty. Meat sold doctored with spice to hide the fact that the meat should have been tossed not sold to customers. No more day old bakery items? Not sure what is done with those things but its gone.

I wish I could give them negative stars, they earned it…read more ProSource KNOWINGLY sold me a stone tile/backsplash product that MUST be cut wet. However, it contains a water soluble glue which makes this impossible as the stone falls off the mesh backing when it gets wet. I was NOT made aware of this when I purchased it and Prosource denied knowing the issue even existed until 2 months in on a phone call with Ed the showroom manager, who was dumb enough to admit they knew it was an issue. I spent countless hours calling and emailing both the manufacturer, Topcu, and ProSource attempting to learn a way to be able to install the product as my wife and I both really like it. I even purchased 3 additional new diamond blades in a vain attempt to cut it, because "this has never happened before". Then what I was told, and I still cannot believe they were stupid enough to suggest this, was to remove each individual stone from the backing, cut it wet, then glue it back on. After a ridiculous amount of back and forth the final answer the manufacturer said to do would cost more than the product itself did, take countless hours of work, be nearly impossible to do correctly and completely make the product un returnable. For an alleged high end product that cost over $300 per box. ProSource refused to take back the product except under unreasonable circumstances, only taking back non cut and non broken sheets, a 25% restocking fee AND my paying the freight back to the manufacturer in Georgia. The manufacturers rep admitted to me on multiple occasions that the situation was ridiculous but still I could not get an acceptable resolution from them either. I guess they expected me to lay down and take the abuse. Not this guy. I fought and I won...just like I told them I would. Now I get to warn you. Who is dumb enough to use a water soluble glue on a product that must be cut wet? Topcu. Who is both dumb enough to sell that product to consumers without telling them? Dave at ProSource Monroeville. The clothing's is organized based on whether or not it is a "high-end" brand, which shows you just how carefully the items are looked over. Prices can be a little more expensive than other local thrift stores and sometimes their racks and floor space can seem empty. But like any thrift store, its either a hit or miss. One plus is that they have a variety of different discount days that they offer which can make some of the items even cheaper. Check for these days on their road-side sign.

They have their pretty standard staple items, but they also have some unexpected finds. It is also great for putting together travel kits (grabbing cheap tooth brushes, tooth paste, brushes, soaps, degradants etc). It is also a great place to buy helium balloons. They last forever and are so much cheaper than you can get them anywhere else. They have a standard collection available year round but also stock for special holidays like Mothers Day and graduations. This location always seems to be well stocked, fairly organized, and the staff has always been friendly.
