To my surprise, after receiving a first-time patient assessment and dental cleaning, a petite female dentist at this particular practice (did not catch her name) called me out, stating aloud in front of everyone, "You do not go around dentist shopping..." rather than acting professionally in the workforce, having any sort of empathy, actively listening to my concerns (as the patient), and understanding my severe level of pain behind tears. To my utter dismay and shock, I was beyond repulsed. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The wait was very short and the assistants walked me through the X-ray process in the most pleasant way. As for Dr. David, he was so professional and conscientious. He explained my issue and showed me the x-rays on the large tv screen. He also explained his process step by step which made me very comfortable. He was also walking me through things while he was working on my tooth then he showed me before/after X-rays. This process was as close to pain free as one could get for a root canal. I was even allowed to control the suction device the entire time! And my prescription was sent to my pharmacy and made available before I even made it home. What more can you ask for except better dental insurance! Instead of listening, they argued with me, dismissed my concerns, and claimed I grind my teeth... something I've never been told before and simply isn't true. My child is also a patient here for orthodontic treatment, and the experience has been just as frustrating. After nearly every visit, there's an issue... wires poke her, come out of place, or brackets pop off. The expander was a complete disaster, falling out repeatedly to the point where we had to secure it ourselves with dental floss after the fourth time it broke. That's not acceptable, especially considering the amount of money we've paid for treatment. Worst of all, in cases of orthodontic emergencies, no one is ever available to help. The orthodontist only comes in once a month, which is absolutely absurd for a practice offering orthodontic services. There have been multiple situations that needed attention far sooner, and there was no solution. At the very least, there should be a qualified backup orthodontist or trained staff available for basic fixes. Between the dismissive attitude, the recurring issues with my child's braces, and the lack of emergency support, I truly regret choosing this place. I expected much better care, communication, and reliability... especially for the cost.

Heck, even the way she gives injections is brilliant and incredibly appreciated. She puts a numbing gel on the area, then wiggles my lip to distract my sensation of feeling the needle. I FREAKING LOVE IT. Never have I had a dentist who cared to put me at ease, especially to this extent. It's things like this that I appreciate so much and leave me beaming after an appointment (the shiny teeth are a plus.) She and the staff will gladly show you how your teeth are doing, what's right, what's wrong, how to fix the condition, what they can do to help, why something will react a certain way and just overall, educates you. I like to know how things go and ask a million questions and they're fine with answering me as thoroughly as I need. Presentation is very clean and professional.
