He was friendly, professional, and understood that I was working under a time constraint. The technician diagnosed the problem within minutes, had the necessary part on his truck, and completed the repair in about 20 minutes--finishing before my scheduled service window even began. On April 20, the garage door became stuck because the cable came off the track. I reached out multiple times throughout the day and received no response. At that point, the warranty becomes meaningless if the company cannot be reached. I had another garage door company come out and paid for a second repair, to replace the now damaged cables. They confirmed that while the spring replacement itself was done correctly, the cables were not properly adjusted and the door was left imbalanced, which likely contributed to the failure. It was also why the opener was so much noisier after the spring replacement (I was told it was from excess wear on it from trying to lift the door without the spring). The opener is once again very quiet and the door is raising and lowering very smoothly and quietly. I understand that issues can happen, but lack of responsiveness--especially for something that can pose a safety risk and was most likely related to work just done --is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company nor would I use them again.

Why? Because time is money, we have atleast 10 other home/projects to complete and this company's process seemed easy and straightforward enough. Our garage consists of multiple single bays each with their own motor and remote. The motors were dated and one remote was not syncing with its respective bay. Andrew came out and assessed the issue. We ended up replacing two motors. I will say, they do seem like a pricey option, a two motor installation costing $1600, but they did provide as far as service is concerned. I was able to book an appointment quickly (next day). I received a courtesy call as promised. The business followed up after the service, and when we had a problem, sent the same technician back same day to ensure it was repaired immediately.
