We had been to this place before and wanted to go again so we booked for June 14th 2025. We had to cancel due to my wife's being diagnosed with cancer and due to the nature of the activity they reconended we not go. I contacted them and asked for the cancellation policy what I was sent said there was a 50 dollar cancellation fee. I cancelled and they kept 100 dollars I asked why and they said it was per unit. That is not what the email they sent me said just 5 minutes before. If what they would have sent me just earlier would have said that I might have kept it scheduled and let our kids go. STAY AWAY. my husband and I went to Eureka Springs for our 22nd anniversary. We reserved an excursion but then needed to cancel. We called the number and no answer. Re-directed to text. No response again. I then emailed them. Again, no response. So I disputed it with my credit card. 3B refused the refund even though I attempted to cancel within 48 hrs. $340 in their pocket that they did not deserve. I tried for 5 months to get my refund and they refused. RIP OFF. read more

This was one of the worst experiences ever. It was fun until it wasn't, we got back and they wanted to charge us for a speck of dirt on the side. Their motto is about breaking and busting the ATVs, so why would they be so upset about what they are promoting. Literally awful. Do Not Go. Calling our bank asap. This family owned business was spectacular. You can tell they work hard everyday to maintain this place. We rented an RV. It was really clean and perfect for my family. It had a master and bunkbeds for our little boys. Outside it had a fire pit and 2 camping rocking chairs. We also rented a Polaris general 1000xp SxS. We had a blast in it. We saw their resident female turkey every evening that our kids begged to see her and all the trails were so much fun. We will definitely come back! read more

We reserved a campsite June 2024, paid for it in full. My Mom had cancer and took a turn for the worse so I contacted them to reschedule and was told no problem. No where in their policies does it state there is a time line to reschedule. My Mom passed away in February 2025. I contacted them asking if we could reschedule for June 2025 and was told no it had to have been in the same year so then I asked for a refund and wad also told no. I do not understand how a business can do this legally but apparently they think they can. Just thought everyone should no just how dishonest they are. read more

Wow just wow!!!! The donkey owner should be kept in his shop AWAY from customers! Had he given a solid effort at it I don't know that he could have been more rude! The lady that checked us in was a sweetheart! But this man was next level angry at the world! We rented two 4 person vehicles. One had check engine light on and was very low on power! Had problems making it up a very easy hill. Brought it back and the shop donkey made us feel stupid like it was a driver problem. If you don't like dealing with customers maybe consider a different career! Will never ever return. read more

we thought we were having a GREAT time until we got back and said that we owed $1500 per vehicle for damages that were part of the course and inevitable. rocks, brush, ditches, trees, sharp curves etc. there motto is literally ( bend em break em bust em) DONT DO THAT. they are so rude and scammed us out of so much money. they made us pay for every single little thing. This was definitely the highlight of my stay in Eureka Springs. My girlfriend and I really wanted to get into some activities that would allow us to experience the great Arkansas terrain. This was the perfect place for it. We got to explore the woods and trails in the 2 seater Polaris XP 1000, which went through the rugged terrain with no issue. And finished it off with a ride through the city on the slingshot. Wild highly recommend this place if you're ever in Eureka Springs! read more

This was our grand finale of a 5 day Eureka Springs staycation!! Our great state has so much to offer and we love Eureka Springs!! Such a great off road adventure for my family!! Many trails for novices but it takes awhile to build your confidence! This is not a flat trail ride! It's all hilly to an extent! The owners explain everything well and you can call or text if you have any issues if you rent a Polaris as we did. If you have any doubts have them lead you down a trail two to familiarize yourself. It was all a piece of cake once you get the hang of the trail system. It can be a bit overwhelming at first but it was a great adventure and i'd definitely like to come back!!! Great looking camp grounds for those who want to stay on site and or bring their own buggy's. read more

Towards the end of summer some of my best friends and I went glamping. Every campground was booked and we came across this one. We packed up the bikes and trail buggy and headed down. Now Eureka Springs is very tourist focused, so I expected this to be kind of tourist trappish. It was anything but. We arrived and found the place much better than we expected. We quickly got settled into our slot and found a plethora of great amenities. They have an ampitheater for concerts, a great shower facility, laundry too. For those true glampers, you can rent Slingshots and go tooling around town and show off. For the serious mudders, there are several trails for all levels of trail busting people from novice to "oh my God there is SO much mud". though close to town, you really feel secluded and out in nature. the whole place was beautiful and the staff were super nice and helpful. Of course they had camping for every walk of camper. Walk in with tents, small campers, and those of us with huge trailers. Thgis was one of the most family friendly vacations I have ever been on and really cannot wait to return again. read more

My wife and I rented a Polaris General 1000 XP (2 seater). Prices were fair, and ended up being well worth it. Our two hour rental was not nearly long enough we were having so much fun! Staff members were nice, and helpful. The grounds, facilities, and equipment were clean and well taken care of. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting the Eureka Springs area. read more

My wife surprised me for my birthday with a trip to 3B!She rented us one of their Polaris rigs and we had a blast. I had never done any off-roading before, but Mike and Trish were very informative and the trails were fun. We were a bit nervous at first, but after a few trails we were comfortable to explore. Few of the highlights of what we wanted to see! Def recommend and would love to go back in a year or two as it sounds like they really want to keep improving the experience! lovely campground but the owner is very volatile.He called my phone and demanded to speak to my Husband and immediately said " I know you are a longtime customer but this speeding has got to stop". My husband asked who said who said he was speeding and how fast was he going the owner became irate and screamed no one was going to talk to him like that. My had not said anything disrespectful. He told us we had an hour to get out or the police would escort us out. We hurriedly got our trailer hooked up and got out. On our way out I went into tell him we were leaving and tell him I expected an adjustment. He said I wasn't getting one because I broke the rules. when I started to explain my husband wasn't going any faster than his golf cart he jumped off his stool and started coming around the counter screaming get out of my office. WARNING!!! DO NOT RENT ATVs HERE! I had read a couple reviews warning about them charging for "damages". We rented 4 ATVs for our family. We stood around when we were done and watched the young girl assess our ATVs for damage and take photos. She took them to the very kind lady in charge of check-in and they were approved. We were then told we were good to go. 24 hours later we checked our email and were told we would be charged $1400 for damages!!! When we called to discuss the charge we were informed that the papers we signed state they have 10 days to charge us for damages so rent at your own risk. We knew the unit had some scratches to the paint which we felt was normal wear and tear considering the rugged terrain. There are places in the course where you will come to a dead end with nothing to choose from but an advanced black route...so we had no choice but to do a multi-point turn on rugged terrain with dense forest. Scratches in the paint are inevitable. in fact, we noticed other vehicles in their fleet had existing scratches. It was certainly not $1400 worth of damage. We requested a 3rd party assessment and cost analysis and received nothing. In our opinion it was poor business practice to make that kind of charge to our credit card without a courtesy call to explain the issue. My 14 year old son and several other adults in our group noted way early in the day that the gentleman would not make eye contact with us. I agreed that something seemed off with the whole place. I absolutely would not allow these people access to your credit card. We are FREQUENT travelers and have done MULTIPLE excursions like this every year. We have never been treated this way and rarely write reviews, but we are hoping to save others from this same experience. read more
