The pool is clean and well-maintained. Maybe it's a bit smaller, but the campground is very quiet during the week and the two weekends we were here it was not super busy swimming. The sites are clean and well maintained, and there are some nice deluxe sites with decks available. The bathrooms are very clean, And the store is well stocked with a reasonable prices. I will say, we were only planning on being in this area for two nights... We loved it so much that we actually extended our stay by a night. Then we enjoyed our time so much the next day that we actually decided to extend for a full week! So we added five days to our original reservation because it's been such a nice experience, and there's a lot to do in NWA.

Check in was a breeze. I love online booking. Our spot #15 was perfect for our small camper. It was a bit unlevel, but that's normal with gravel, and in the Ozarks! The amenities are great. We were impressed with the option to fill your propane tanks on site! And $5 a bundle of wood for the perfect little fire in the fire pit was very reasonable when some charge way more. They are also a trolley stop, which is nice if you don't want to fight with parking downtown. I highly recommend and next time, we will bring our pups, since it's very dog friendly!

Booking is simple with a phone call, they honor several club discounts, check-in is easy with super nice people, and we've always been guided to our campsite with back-in assistance (note that I don't specifically usually need back in assistance, but I'm very happy to accept it and even more happy they do it for others that are parking next to me :) Sites are a little tight compared to state parks, etc - but nicely sized for your typical privately owned park. Amenities are great - wifi works well, pool is nicely kept and always clean, and you can use shower and laundry facilities, if needed. I've had nothing but very positive experiences here and will continue to stay here when visiting Eureka Springs, AR.

Example: I noticed a charge on my card at the end of my stay from Wanderlust, which is odd because I paid my booking in-full up front. Come to find out, they charged my card an extra $50, without even calling or notifying me. Apparently this was to replace two shower curtains in their public bathroom. I only used one shower and the shower I did use was NOT left disorderly. Even so, had they asked, I would have gladly went cleaned it or purchased two new curtains, which are $12.99, they charged me $40 for them. Not to mention, they charged me $8 for their attempt to clean the old one. If I'm not mistaken, I already paid to use the restroom when I made the reservation, so they are already getting paid to clean the bathroom. This is just an example of the kind of schemes they run and get away with it because they have some clause in their terms and conditions that says they can make up rules anytime they want. Which is ridiculous. Avoid the headache, there are plenty of other nice places in the area

After visiting a buddy in Bentonville, I drove up to Eureka Springs to check out the sights!! My…read morefriend told me this was a part of the Ozarks not to be missed. And boy was she right!! You can book this via Airbnb or directly on the site. If you are into cabin stays and glamping you will love it. There is a private nature trail out back to enjoy and the A frames are on a steep rocky dirt path so be sure you are able to get in and out. Cabins are closer to the lot with designated numbers. The trail store nearby doesn't open until later in the week so I will be coming back to grab some merch and bring friends!! This was probably one of my fave adventure/nature stays to date. Come solo and be refreshed, or bring family and friends. You will be glad you did.

The people that work there were so freaking friendly and nice it made it so enjoyable for us. Right when we checked in they guided us to the campsite and helped us park our RV. They then gave us a lot of brochures for points of interest and attractions around the campground and even offered to build us a fire pit. Who does that?! They do because they know what hospitality is. Throughout our whole stay they checked in on us periodically to make sure we were having a good time and asked if we needed anything. This is a small campground with somewhat small campsites. There's enough room for parking large RVs, but the one thing I would say is that the campsites were a little narrow where we actually had to eat and set up a fire in front of our RV. We could not extend out the awning, but that wasn't a big deal for us. The campground was very peaceful, serene, and natural, with lots of stars out at night. The picnic tables were amazing and if any true camper knows, that is very important. They have good LTE coverage in the campground, but their Wi-Fi is slow. It works, but it's slow. Again if you have a good mobile phone carrier the LTE coverage is good. One crazy thing about this place, and I mean this in a good way, is that they have canoes and kayaks you can borrow.All you have to do is request a day and a time and a location and they will bring the canoes and kayaks out to you and then you can paddle around one of Northwest Arkansas's beautiful lakes. That was a game changer for us because we had kids who love to swim and paddle and this made the experience even better. I highly highly recommend this place for a camping trip in Northwest Arkansas. It was a great location, central to a lot of points of interest in attractions and the people there were so so so friendly.

The bathrooms were clean, bright, spacious, had a private shower, and flush toilets. I would NOT book the campsites that did not back to the river (they are sandwiched between two (minor) roads and had little room. We did not drive to "area 2" which was sites 1-37, but they appeared to be wooded at the bottom of the dam. We stayed in "area 1" which is campsites 38-59, and is almost impossible to find if you arrive after hours (it's another exit off of 187, and is labeled Parker Bottoms) - the signage at this site is very lacking. All in all, a wooded, beautiful campground. We saw armadillos, raccoons, great blue herons, and fish! FYI, there is also a different campground named Dam Site Lake, and it's on a peninsula in the middle of the lake. It offered no trees and looked hot and barren. Due to the lack of signage, we drove around this one for a while, looking for our site (argh!). Dam site lake would be good for a large college group who wants lots of sun and to be right on the water (and who don't care about privacy).

Lots of uneven roots and rocks though. We returned on Beacham Trail, just slightly inland of fuller, but it parallels it completely. It was quite a bit more flat and easier to navigate if you have any foot or ankle concerns. Lovely trails! Full bathrooms at the campground. And a GREAT playground for kids!

There were zero views due to being surrounded by super tall trees. The bathrooms were not completely done either. We couldn't even take a shower. This location would do better off with small cabins, not tents. If that. The owners wife was definitely creepy and would text me at 4 AM talking about "services" she offered. I never quite figured that one out. None of the other campers were satisfied either. There was supposed to be electric but it was a string of extension cords going from site to site. They also said there would be a music festival, which turned out to be one band, not several, on the back of a trailer. Also they tried to charge us more than initially stated. And there were no trails as in the pictures. Save yourself some time, money, and stress. Will never ever go back.
