Paid for materials and labor, and was told we couldn't get an updated quote with labor listed even though the initial had labor listed. Nothing but problems. First the date of when we needed it done was a week off even though we explicitly explained when we needed the work done. Then there were issues with the baseboards painting not being listed. Also some of the materials not being in on time. At the end of the day we spent a lot of money and there was a lot of delay and miscommunication. I've never had so many issues with flooring in the past... The installers contracted were awesome, though. They did a fantastic job!

He was a no-show for the appointment and did not call. I took 2 hours of vacation time to be at the house for his arrival. (David had advised that he did estimates on Tues/Thursdays, but he reserved the after 4pm appointments for people who commute. ) I told him I work locally and until 4pm, but that I would take some vacation time to accommodate the 3pm appointment . I was at my home by 2:15pm. I received no call from David or the company. As I had provided my cell phone number, someone should have called me. Not a good first impression .

In disbelief, I reiterated my [very simple] question; "Do you service the El Dorado county area?" She said she didn't know (having JUST spoken with her "manager") and that she'd have to leave a message. Unbelievable. Who hires someone to answer the phones for a service-based business and doesn't train them in the basics of their company and the services they offer? I had to move all of my belongings back inside of my apartment as I cannot leave them outside on my open patio. They assured me they would come the next day with the manager, buy me some lunch and also give me a gift card for my troubles in addition to moving all of my belongings back outside for me. The manager came the next day, I do not remember his name he apologized, did not give me the gift card I was promised nor the lunch. It was raining that day so they were unable to move my stuff outside as it would get wet, but they assured me they could do the job by just moving my stuff from one side of the room to the other. They did, but did not cover anything, I spent weeks cleaning up sawdust. They also broke one of my picture frames and chipped one of my pots. Terrible experience, I am still waiting on my gift card, and to be compensated for the day of work I missed, And the hotel I had to stay in because I could not sleep in my oapartment. I come back to the apartment to find him outside on a phone call - I paid the man and once inside the appliances were cleaned but my floors still looked like how I left them. It was dark and it had been a long day of moving. This morning I got a better look at the apartment and it was the worst cleaning job I've experienced. The counters weren't wiped down, my fan blades were still dusty, the blinds were still dirty, the floors were never mopped or swept, the list goes on. I contacted the owner to give her a chance to resolve this and she offered to come back on Wednesday to clean. I declined because I no longer have access to that apartment since I moved out. I was looking for a partial refund and was met with "I'm sorry you had a bad experience - I'll make sure to train my employees better". If you're looking to get ripped off I would say they're the people for the job. A $20 refund was offered on a $250 payment for a $80 quality job. I hope no one has the same experience.

Great Experience doing business with 3D floor covering in Yuba City, Ca. This is how doing business should be, starting with Dusty the owner. My project was to replace carpeting in my family room with hardwood, hoping to match as close as possible the original hardwood style and color installed elsewhere in the house when the house was built 14 yrs ago. Dusty immediately came over the house, checked out the project, measured, and took a sample board I had saved, and went to work. Before I knew it, he called me ,and bingo, he had a sample of the original board ( manufacture changed the product name). He also gave me a great idea on how to eliminate transition moulding from hardwood to tile. His install team Dan, AJ, and John were prompt to arrive, knowledgeable, courteous- the work area was left spotless. I have been to several other carpet stores trying to find the right color carpet that I wanted with no luck. (the color carpet I wanted keep getting discontinued) an other sales rep in an other carpet store told me about custom color but the owner and manager just really didn't want to do that and just told me they really couldn't help me. But Risa at 3 D carpet first started off trying to find me the right carpet with no success, all companies have discontinued the color I wanted. So Risa said lets try the color match it does take about 5 weeks for the process but I should be able to get exactly what I wanted. She was right I got the exactly the color and carpet that I wanted. My husband and I went to flooring liquidators hoping to get the lowest price on hardwood and Carpet for our new home, We weren't impressed with the quality of their "liquidated" products... No wonder their so cheap, second rate products and they threw in all labor costs, etc... Now we were looking at liquidated products for too much Money! Our real estate agent suggested that we go over to 3D Floor Covering, and wow, what a huge DIFFERENCE!!! After I was given false information and unrealistic expectations from Home Depot, I ran over to 3d Flooring with a carpet sample, tears in my eyes, and a frantic time frame to get my new carpet installed before our open house that was less then 2 weeks away. 3D Flooring earns an A+ rating in my book for the recent installation of vinyl flooring in four rooms of my house. I live in a mobile home, and I understand that it's a little more challenging to lay down new flooring in a mobile than it would be in a stick-house. The crew showed up on time on the appointed date, worked diligently, and was so very considerate and respectful of moving stuff that I had overlooked when I cleared the areas of furniture. I recently had my carpets cleaned by 3D Floor Covering and they did the best job ever! I have white carpet throughout my house except for the bathrooms and kitchen and I have them cleaned every year. The other professional carpet cleaners could not come close to the results I got with 3D...amazing! Their technician was very thorough and very courteous. Their quoted price was very competitive and included pre-treat and spot treating. It has been two days since the cleaning and the old spots have not returned as with other carpet cleaning companies. Emailed 3D to see if they could help fix a very small problem with a threshold transition (A lot of companies won't even come out and inspect for "small jobs"). I received a response the same day (even though I missed the call), and was put on the schedule the next day. Fantastic repair job! After doing some improvements in our home we had a troublesome area where the carpet met the LvP flooring. Well last night a bottle of red wine got knocked over and smashed on the hearth and covered the carpet with red wine. Not sure what to do I made a phone call and was told no one could come in till Friday to clean it. As new homeowners undertaking a project such as this was stressful, but Premier and the install team did everything in their power to ensure we were comfortable and taken care of every step of the way. I want to give a special shoutout to Jamie, Jason and their boss Avary who took charge on our floor install. They are skilled, hard workers, with genuinely great attitudes. They were respectful of our home, answered all of our questions, and went above and beyond (such as installing new baseboard in our bathroom even though that was not part of the job.) I would 1000% use them again and will specifically request them when we move forward on recarpeting our bedrooms.
