Two employees pluse the owner built all the hydrolic lines and did some custom fabrication welding on our excavator so that we could hook up our new masticator head. We were heading to chico to help fight the Park fire and wouldn't have made it if it weren't for their service and help installing all the new lines for that head. I can't speak highly enough about them. We have used them several times, and each time, they go above and beyond. I'd gladly drive 2 extra hours to get hoses built because I know they will be right the first time, and the price is always better than the others we have in our town. Thanks for an amazing job.

Well, needless to say I was pretty upset because this purchase hadn't paid for itself yet as it was two months new and just past the point when home depot wouldn't take it back. I was told I had to take it to a manufacturer approved repair facility. POE is one for Yard Machines. They took a quick look at it and opened the gas cap to say "you don't have any gas!" Ummm what?! :/ I didn't think it was gas as I had JUST put in gas the day I last used it! I suddenly envisioned my blonde roots exposed (and I'm not naturally blonde)! LOL!!! We weren't sure so he put in a bit of gas in there to test it out instead of making me go back home to fill it and the possibility it wasn't that and bring it back to the shop again. He saved me a trip and repair cost! Thank you! For that, I'll be your first reviewer and fan.
