The tile at four years now is falling off the sides of the pool. We have a persistent leak in the pool which was never fixed. The pool has been professionally closed and opened every year. The straw that broke the camels back is the auto cover that has needed to be service two to three times each year for breaking or getting stuck. Now the cover company says we need to replace the whole autocover for over $5000 dollars.

The quote changes 36 hours prior to the agreed meeting day and time due to the price of gas and material. In terms of the service of cleaning my pool , all I really needed was a good vacuuming as mine was not doing the job and some skimming to get rid of some of the top water gunk that was floating around. He did tell me to run my filter for 24 hours to get rid of it but that felt kind of annoying give that I paid to have the service done of cleaning my pool to use it asap. Overall Kyle was professional but the service quality was not to my liking. He also said it was "not bad" .He was also an hour late to our agreed time but he did update me on this.
