I was really impressed with the promptness and the type of help they provide. They wanted to make sure that they fully understood the type of injury I was having to verify if I was a good candidate for the type of therapy work they do. That's why, the ask me what my physical problem was, when it started, and how it affects the rest of my body. Also, after reviewing my insurance coverage, they were very honest and explained to me the cost and let me know that based I could get a cheaper treatment with two other providers, based on my insurance coverage. Not only they were so honest to tell me up front. But once I realized that it was not going to work for me, just because of the insurance; they also gave me the other two provider's contact information and to me specifically what therapists would be the best option for me over there. My, my ... I wish that I have a better insurance plan, as it is not so common to find such HONESTY and GREAT SERVICE nowadays. 3D Physical Therapy I am a senior that required a new knee replacement. I had heard from a number of sources that the hardest portion of the recovery was the physical therapy portion - three time a week in my case. I found that most of my fear was unwarranted due to the extreme professionalism of the 3D Physical Therapy staff. I had experienced other Dallas rehab facilities and found them to be large, not well maintained, and staffed by people that lacked the proper attitudes. 3D Physical Therapy is small, but very well equipped with new machines of every variety. More importantly their stall is young and very well educated: four of them have four year graduate degrees. The remainder of the staff are well skilled with great attitudes. They motivate you to do your very best. Sure there was some pain. But I quickly found myself looking forward to going to my appointments and was ready to put in the effort to achieve my goals. Most days were actually fun, although not easy. I recommend them highly. Their goal is to help you through this difficult portion of the recovery in order for you to achieve a successful outcome. read more

It's been nearly 5 years since I was a patient at 3DPT, and I'm still doing well. I have bulging discs in my neck. An orthopedic doctor wanted to schedule me for surgery right away, without trying other methods first. I got a second opinion, and that second doctor personally recommended me to Grady, based on his patients' experiences with him. I have had physical therapy before, so I had a reference for comparison. You know how PT clinics treat you sometimes - put you on the same exercise regime they put on everyone else and just walk away for 30 minutes. Grady not only treated me with the utmost care and concern, he educated me on what was going on with my body. That took away a lot of the anxiety and fear that the first doctor instilled in me. With manual decompression, and a set of customized stretches & exercises, I have learned to manage my pain at home. Today, that pain is occasional at best, and has dropped in severity. I am educated on what to do/ not to do with my body. And I live an active and pain-free lifestyle. I would go to 3DPT for anything else in the future, and recommend them very highly. read more

3DPT is a blessing and Grady is the definition of true professionalism. 3DPT is the standard against which all physical therapy providers must be measured. I am a physician who, in this case, is also the patient. Their facilities and equipment are top of the line. They are accommodating in scheduling and very easy and pleasant to work with. They take the time and effort to truly listen and communicate. Clearly they genuinely care about helping people. As for knowledge, they are obviously well educated and trained...but what is even more important is that they know how to translate this in to action (in their treatments) and in to effective patient instructions and education. Choosing to do my ACL/meniscus therapy at 3DPT (and with Matias) was the best decision I made for my recovery! In addition to having top of the line facilities (including anti-gravity treadmills), the staff, the techs, and the therapists are wonderful - friendly, smart, compassionate. They are the team you want behind you. I started going to 3DPT before I had officially decided on ACL surgery. Matias and the rest of the team were so positive about my recovery. It was the first time since my injury that I was optimistic about the whole ordeal. In the end, I decided on surgery given the grade of tear I had. We worked on 'pre-hab' prior to surgery to get my quads and hamstrings as strong as possible. I was back at therapy five days after surgery ready to go. It has been 5 weeks since surgery, and my progress has exceeded all expectations. So many friends/family warned me that PT was a necessary evil. I have never once felt that way at 3DPT. I leave feeling challenged, energized, and most importantly, stronger after every session. read more

Grady, Dana and team did a great job helping me recover from a cervical herniated disc and lumbar disc problems. I've always been fairly active in running and playing soccer, and a recent soccer injury developed into a lot of disc related pain. Unlike other PTs I have worked with in the past, Grady initially developed a thoughtful, professional and structured program to slowly build back my strength while not risking injury. Grady and Dana were both flexible by dynamically adjusting my program when I either faced setbacks (mostly caused by myself when playing with my kids, not by their program) or experienced notable improvements with the exercises they gave me. After graduating from PT this past week, Grady left me with a schedule of exercises I can do to continue to build strength and eventually get back to a normal running and work out schedule. I would highly recommend 3DPT to any of my friends and family that face a similar injury or setback. read more

I have been to 3DPT twice for different injuries and both times I have had nothing but a 5-star experience. Grady is an incredibly knowledgeable physical therapist and goes out of his way to personalize his treatment to your needs. His office staff are always welcoming and his PT assistants are the best! In my experience, the other physical therapists he has on staff are also stellar. They work together as a team to meet their patients' needs. His office space is gorgeous, warm, and welcoming and he has all of the equipment you could possibly need - including Pilates equipment which broadens the exercise options available. Colette Wall of 3D performed my intake evaluation and, then, designed my treatment plan. Colette and her associates are excellent technicians who bring a high level of energy to their jobs. They assisted me in all aspects of executing my treatment plan. Colette continuously revised my treatment plan to reflect my progress. I had a fantastic experience with the physical therapist here; the care was top-notch. Unfortunately, the administrative side was a letdown. Despite confirming multiple times that they accepted my insurance, I found out after my appointment that they didn't. It took several attempts to get it sorted out, and I ended up with an unexpected bill. I love this place! I had the opportunity to work with both Maggie and Grady and while recovering from my broken shoulder (which was extremely painful) they were both patient and kind. They made me laugh and encouraged me as I struggled to do my exercises, which prior to my injury were simple tasks, such as lift my arm. They took time and attention to ensure progress and recovery. I have excellent insurance, and a prescription for 12 weeks of rehab x 2 x per week. Unfortunately, I had trouble scheduling an appointment, while their competitor was quick to accommodate me. Oddly, only after notifying this clinic I had moved on to another PT, did they attempt to get me scheduled. read more
