I wish I could give 6 stars. The entire staff is fantastic and Eric Williams was a god send. With his professional knowledge, he helped to improved my quality of life both physically and mentally - teaching me that I have more control over the pain in my life than I realize. This is particularly important to me at 29 years old dealing with chronic pain. I have a lot of life left to live and I will never forget what him and 3DPT brought to my life. Not only did Eric know what he was doing, but he also managed to make me laugh a few times each session, which I found helpful when working through something tough. :) Thank you again for everything! Consider this, you may have the best surgeon and excellent clinical results, but to come back to level of fitness you desire you have to work with and equally as strong physical therapist. That is exactly what you get at 3DPT. Grady worked side by side with my surgeon to ensure I could run with my puppy and get back on the tennis court after knee surgery. I am not new to rehabilitation, but always rely on the professional support of a physical therapist to truly recover from surgery. The entire team at 3DPT work as a collaborative unit, addicted to ensuring their patients receive the best care and a warm smile. Working with Patrick was great; he really put in the extra effort to get my abilities 'back to where they were' not just 'back to okay'. He's one of the best PT's I've ever encountered and was very helpful and positive throughout the rehab process. For perspective, I'm 25 and a competitive soccer player. I had a minor tear in my right knee's meniscus for which I was prescribed physical therapy. My prior experience with PT was 6 months following a full right-knee ACL reconstruction in 2009. In my first game back from rehab, I scored 5 goals and had an assist in a 7-9 loss (small sided outdoor game). Not too shabby. read more

I cannot say enough great things about 3DPT. I received over three months of physical therapy from them due to being hit by a car while riding my bicycle. This exacerbated an already-existing knee problem. Patrick was my PT and he was incredibly knowledgeable about sports injuries and was diligent in rehabbing me so that I could return to my normal activity level. He also does an extremely thorough physical exam, and he never ignores any symptom that I bring up. If I try to downplay it with, "it's probably nothing", he'll spend time to examine and treat to make sure that there is nothing serious underlying my pain. I was always more than satisfied with the office staff. Nadia works at the front desk and she is a great face to greet you when you first arrive. Even when I completely missed one of my appointments she was fast to get me in. The PT techs who work there are also very kind, professional, and adept. The office space is modern, comfortable, and has a ton of fancy equipment that the physical therapists know way more about than me. In September I had daily knee pain that I thought was never going to get better. After going to 3DPT and working with Patrick, I have been pain-free since December. I highly recommend this office without any reservations! read more

The staff is absolutely great! They were very helpful with scheduling, insurance and making my experience there enjoyable. You can tell when people like working with their co-workers and their clients. It was always a pleasant and light atmosphere within the therapy areas. I can only imagine in a physical therapists' office the challenges presented with all the different client needs. So kudos to the entire staff for making the experience great. I had a full knee replacement, my surgeon suggested 3D Physical Therapy because they had a good reputation and were well known and located very near my home. Marcos was my therapist and he was totally awesome. I really liked his approach, he tried new things to help with improving my range of motion. He kept informed of new studies and suggestions to help reach my goals. Each week I saw results. And he was very easy to work with - both friendly and very professional too. He took considerable time with me during each session - not all PT offices do this - so you know you are getting good treatment here. The aides were also very knowledgeable and helpful during the sessions and would help to push me during the exercise portion and coach me along. Carling was my PT, and while I don't have a ton of experience with PTs, I would say she's probably one of the best in the country (maybe even one of the best in the world). My daughter couldn't be happier with the physical therapy she received at 3DPT. My high school aged daughter was diagnosed with a pain syndrome that eventually had her walking with a cane. Her initial injury from months before had healed but the overall pain in her leg had gotten worse. We had been to two other PT places but they were not working on the neurological aspect of her pain at those places. The office staff (Emma is fantastic - super personable - she was actually the initial reason we chose to come to 3DPT!) really works with your schedule. They got us in quickly and we were able to schedule later evening appointments that were convenient for us. Our therapist, Kyle Larsen, really listened to our concerns and developed a course of treatment that was specific to her situation. He worked with her on strength training therapy along with nerve/neurological specific therapy and over the course of about 5 weeks she is now walking regularly without her cane and with very little pain. She has a home plan that she is continuing and we are confident that she will be completely pain free in the near future. I can't recommend 3DPT highly enough for pain therapy. I saw Marcos Lopez this winter and spring for help with posterior tibial tendon dysfunction or tendonitis as it's called. My foot and ankle did not heal until I began working with Marcos. He came up with a plan of exercises and had me stop doing certain exercises and stretching that I'd been doing. (My recommendation is---do not attempt to heal and rehabilitate yourself by following recommendations from YouTube videos. See a physical therapist in person, and Marcos is a good physical therapist to see.) Then after I'd regained some strength and laid a foundation, Marcos introduced new exercises and stretches to build upon the foundation and healing that had occurred. 3DPT was professional and easy to work with, and Marcos was an excellent physical therapist. Normally I'm not one to write reviews but my experience at 3D PT was excellent and worth commenting on. After complete shoulder replacement surgery I was pretty anxious about the therapy and what it might result in. Cierra and Austin and the others made the process as effective and positive as it could be. I worked hard and with their guidance my results were really good. And I'm not a young athletic guy. I highly recommend them and it's usually pretty busy there so I'm not the only one who knows how good they are. But I consider myself to be one of their success stories. read more

Rotator cuff surgery - total rebuild and rehab. Doc said it would take 9 months post-surgery for healing and rebuilding, and I'm thinkin, "pfff, I got this in 6 weeks, he don't know me, etc. etc." Guess what, he was right, I was wrong. Would probably have taken longer than 9 months but surgeon recommended 3D and they were all amazingly effective and attentive. After spending nine months rehabbing my shoulder with 3D, it became crystal clear how much time and effort...and overall care and concern they invest in their patients. The 2 Eric's at 3D are awesome and besides being really dedicated and creative in how to get your body parts working better, they are genuinely nice people to spend some time with. And for major rehabs where you end up spending some chunks of time with people, that is huge. Emma can deal with whatever scheduling craziness and recurring days/times you might have to set up. Here is how dedicated they are: I finished my rehab about 4 months ago, and I got a call a few days ago to make sure everything was still in good shape on my shoulder and that there were no issues. I figure that alone justified a good review, much less the 9-months of outstanding rehab work. read more

3D Physical Therapy I am a senior that required a new knee replacement. I had heard from a number of sources that the hardest portion of the recovery was the physical therapy portion - three time a week in my case. I found that most of my fear was unwarranted due to the extreme professionalism of the 3D Physical Therapy staff. I had experienced other Dallas rehab facilities and found them to be large, not well maintained, and staffed by people that lacked the proper attitudes. 3D Physical Therapy is small, but very well equipped with new machines of every variety. More importantly their stall is young and very well educated: four of them have four year graduate degrees. The remainder of the staff are well skilled with great attitudes. They motivate you to do your very best. Sure there was some pain. But I quickly found myself looking forward to going to my appointments and was ready to put in the effort to achieve my goals. Most days were actually fun, although not easy. I recommend them highly. Their goal is to help you through this difficult portion of the recovery in order for you to achieve a successful outcome. read more

I chose 3DPT based on yelp reviews of the staff and the Alter G Gravity Treadmill. I had a severe break in my ankle and thought the Alter G would be a great help in rehab and it was. They have a wonderful facility, staff, equipment and view! They give you one on one attention during your session, which was not my experience at other facilities. Dana was my therapist and was brilliant in getting me back to my former self. If I am ever in need of PT in the future, this is where I'll come. Thank you 3DPT!!! read more

When I chose 3DPT to avoid surgery and give extensive therapy a last ditch effort, I was certainly impressed. First off, I enjoyed their flexible hours and how they always notified you of openings during the week if there was nothing open or scheduling issues. Nadia was very professional and made scheduling so simple and easy. The entire staff was pleasant, easy to talk to and truly showed they cared to getting you back into being active. On my first visit I thought I was at the wrong facility. 3DPT is on the 6 floor of an office buidling with spectacular views of downtown. You can't go wrong with a view during your therapy session. During my therapy I worked with Maggie on my left ankle for 4 months. She handled the process very professional and with great care. It is always assuring when you have someone as focused and determined to getting you back into sports as you are. If you are looking for a first class facility with excellent therapists and staff to assist you with rehab, 3DPT is as good as it gets. 3DPT is a blessing and Grady is the definition of true professionalism. 3DPT is the standard against which all physical therapy providers must be measured. I am a physician who, in this case, is also the patient. Their facilities and equipment are top of the line. They are accommodating in scheduling and very easy and pleasant to work with. They take the time and effort to truly listen and communicate. Clearly they genuinely care about helping people. As for knowledge, they are obviously well educated and trained...but what is even more important is that they know how to translate this in to action (in their treatments) and in to effective patient instructions and education. He even took the extra effort to help research the right accessory (in my case, shoe) needed for my specific condition and anatomy. Incredible, truly incredible. I can't say thank you enough. And on all levels, I am convinced that for physical therapy there is no one better than 3DPT.
