They sell whipits and provide people with the balloons one of the employees had said which ones taste the best ect and that also shared that in recent times (she is tall with blue eyes blonde hair) has said to someone that she has ended up in hospital due to her and them selling whipits. They were feeling sick and dizzy and did not "know" what was going on until they went to the hospital. This place has always been 5 stars for me because of the wide variety of selection and the good customer service. In fact I have been spending at least $250 weekly there for a couple years now but it's crazy what some consistent sub par experiences with an employee that I believe is new can change someone's opinion. Right off the bat it's very clear he doesn't want to be there. And that makes me not want to bother the kid when I have questions. Maybe sales just isn't for him. Or maybe he's new the workforce. Ot maybe he's just young and immature. Or maybe he's a little lazy. I don't know - I hate to speculate | just want to give benefit of doubt. We all have our private lives. just hope the owner knows the type of people he's choosing to be the face of that location because it's very apparent this young kid working there either have no sales experience or just doesn't want to be there. I won't go into detail about the incident because it's not worth bringing it up but it is worth the brief review. I'd really like to know what other locals think. I have a lot of love for this shop but I'll come back when the youngster is gone. 1 month or 1 year, I'm a patient man. I only want to bring awareness to owners so they know where the employees are lacking. I never have had an issue with anybody here and they are very polite and professional. When we walked in, we were pulled into their selection of incense and filled up a couple bags. As we made a round through the store, the man at the cashier rudely told us "There's a 10 minute shopping time. You have ten minutes to browse before you have to leave". The bowl that came with the over priced mini bong I purchased here fell apart while I was running it under room temperature water. The bottom part of the bowl was glued to the top part using water soluble glue. When I returned with the unglued bowl parts the next day, the owner smiled at me and told me that "they take no responsibility" once a product leaves their store and refused to provide a refund. If you're looking for a chill hippy spot That reeks of incense and has people too whacked out to tell you what's going on, then definitely don't go to this place because the shop is totally legit and the people running it know their entire stock. Also I personally have found that almost all of their stuff is a little bit cheaper than what I have found at other shops in my East Dallas neighborhood. This is a horrible place, no refunds and no exchanges on any product. I was sold a product for $70 when the same day I found the exact product a block away for 25. I wouldn't recommend going to them unless you have done your own research. They will try to sell you unnecessary products if they feel that you are unaware of the products, which is what was done to me. read more
