They asked personal, in-depth questions that made us feel confident that they were the people for the job. We wanted the food at our wedding to reflect Charleston's cuisine since we had a lot of out of town guests, and several guests said it was the best fried chicken and shrimp and grits they ever had. For cocktail hour, we had a beautiful Southern antipasto spread with biscuits, pimento cheese, and all the fixings. We were blown away during the tasting and they made everything so easy. They even coordinated the rentals for our linens through Snyder, which was a huge help. They were super professional and we had a perfect wedding day thanks to them. The food was amazing and the staff was incredible!! The bartenders were friendly, efficient and could make any drink our guests asked for. We had two signature drinks and they made them like pro's. Our guests didn't want to leave. The wedding reception on Saturday was at a location where you had to use their caterer, and there is a big difference in service. I HIGLY recommend FftSS!
