Super inviting and answered all our questions ; we walked away very satisfied and intending to return However, we visited again for the second time and had a completely different experience. It was a different tender and he didn't seem to be interested in answering my bf's questions ; not saying you have to be ecstatic ; but it was around 10AM (they'd just opened) and he had the most off-putting demeanor. As if he wanted us to just hurry up and order and go? Customer service really does make or break an experience. We do not think this speaks for the entirety of the dispo but the one gentleman did not leave a great second impression.

There are various dried herbs, herbal supplements, essential oils, soaps (including African Black soap), Shea butters, natural deodorants, fragrance and massage oils, perfumes, and targeted health tonics. He has sea moss, Palo Santo and sage, incense, teas, Alkaline water, honey, apple cider vinegar and other health food items. It's definitely my kind of shop as I am focused on using natural body products, drinking medicinal teas, and I love to create herbal concoctions for various reasons. Everything is reasonable and appropriately priced. There is an adjacent parking lot, which is fantastic for shopping on Livernois. Debit cards are accepted. I didn't have a chance to chat with the owner much, but he did tell me that the shop has been opened for a year.
