Beware! This would possible be the worst company you could ever imagine working with. The owner, Vince Lezama, tries to put on a good show when trying to sell you his service, however, after final payment is made he changes,...similar to Jekyll and Hyde. Case in point. Paid over $5K for a commercial installation involving security camera's with a one year labor warranty and three year parts warranty. In less than a week following installation, we began to have problems. First issue, Mr. Lezama suggested a reboot which seemed to resolve the issue. Three days later-same issue. We were down for eight days until he came out and found some loose wires. Three and half months later-same issue. He then said that he will not come out any more unless we agree to an extended service warranty. I made every effort to explain to Mr. Lezama that it makes no sense to purchase an additional extended service warranty if he had difficulty honoring the existing one year warranty. He then went off the deep end and sent all types of threatening texts. Texts from a person that would greatly benefit from being under medication and the care of a licensed professional. Needless to say we are in court with a "slam dunk" case. However, as the saying goes "can't get blood out of a turnip" will probably be the case. read more

The owner and worker were very polite and accommodating. I explained what I wanted and they were very clear on what would need to be done. Nobody was pushy. The work done was professional and they both made sure that the security cameras worked the way they were supposed to. I had one camera on siding and another through brick. It's been months and I have zero issues with both. I will definitely use them again when I need more work done. read more

Vince is incredibly talented, and his attention to detail will absolutely amaze you. He installed 5 IP cameras for me today (my own personally owned cameras that moved here with us) and he absolutely knocked it out of the park. I contacted Vince because I wanted camera installation at my residence and previous reviews were positive. My initial communication with Vince was positive. He came to my home for the initial assessment and identified the equipment he was going to order based on my specifications. I informed him my availability for installation and he said he would contact me when the equipment arrived. I contacted him the day before my first available day and he said he was still waiting on the equipment to arrive. After that conversation he went silent. I tried reaching him several times but he stopped responding to my calls, texts , and emails. I waited well over a week and tried calling one last time. He angrily answered his phone and immediately told me to use another company. He said he showed up to do the install on the day I wanted but I was not home. I reminded him he told me the equipment had not arrived and he would call when the items were in and an install date would then be confirmed. He never let me know he received the equipment or to confirm an installation date. Seemed like simple miscommunication to me; however, he was unexpectedly rude, abrupt, and dismissive during this call. Left me shocked and confused as to his unexpected, elevated angry tone. My overall experience dealing with Vince was ultimately very different (negative) from all the previous reviews posted. Not sure what was going on with him but I mostly certainly experienced a different side of his personality and quickly went with someone else. read more

Their loyalty and dedication to customer satisfaction is beyond reproach, as Vince took the time to complete my project on his 50th birthday. Vince and Al's devotion to excellence is evidenced by their commitment to performing to standard and not to time. They far exceeded my expectations for my television mounting project. I chose 3G before they even quoted me because it is a small Veteran-Owned business that I worked with previously for a security camera installation. Prior to contacting 3G, I received quotes from companies whose prices were outrageously higher and charged for brackets, basic audio setup, furniture assembly and custom surface mounting. Al and Vince called prior to their arrival and maintained a constant flow of communication upon arriving and throughout the installation. My entertainment center was a complete disaster with wires everywhere and no order whatsoever. I did not have an electrical outlet in my brick fireplace, so Vince and Al added one in my entertainment center. He ran electrical wire from my outlet to my wall-mounted entertainment center for no additional cost. TV mounting with 3G is more than throwing a television on a wall, it is customer service experience centered on creating the best option for you. They came in, assessed the layout and devised a solution that would work best for me. Aside from cleaning up the wires that were in total disarray prior to their installation and mounting my television, they also troubleshot my audio system and strategically hung my surround-sound speakers for no additional charge. Vince and Al made my house feel like a home with their services because I no longer enter a space that I dread; rather one that I love as a result of their efforts. I highly recommend 3G Security Solutions because their only commitment is to you; their customer. Vince installed a security system for us at Zoan Baptist Church and did a great job. A few weeks after the installation we had an incident on our property where damage was done to our parking lot. I was having a little challenge reviewing the recorded security footage and gave Vince a call.
