Brian did not proactively inform me of a storage fee, and I certainly didn't need my vehicle stored. Brian gave me a "break," charging only $50 dollars a day (instead of $75) for storage. He even double dipped by charging me storage during the time he was completing the estimate. He was clearly upset that I didn't end up getting the work done at his shop. Brian also made the whole transaction feel intimidating by surprising me with the storage fees in an email and also sharing that "It needs to be paid in full before it leaves," and that he would only accept a certified check, money order, or cash. I clearly felt taken advantage of.

When my husband asked the employee if they might be able to take a look at it, they amazingly went and pulled a gentleman away from weed whacking to come help us! Haha The young man was incredible; took a look at the car, checked the codes, talked to us about possible issues, and double checked our oil. He didn't charge us and helped us get back on our way without any dashboard lights threatening the last legs of our trip. Incredibly kind and great service. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

Rescued by Vinny I…read morewas in a challenging situation made worse by a nearby competitor when I had the good fortune to arrive at Littleton Auto Body and discover the generosity of Vinny who single-handedly solved my problem expeditiously with skill and grace. I was on a tight schedule to cover almost 200 miles to get the car to my daughter for her camping trip when I discovered a headlight required a new bulb. I called a repair shop near Littleton Auto Body and was told they could have me on my way in 20 minutes. Instead, they sold me the bulb I needed, then told me it couldn't be replaced without removing the battery and possibly the grille, that they were fully booked so couldn't help me that day, and the best they could do was allow me to return the bulb. A Google search led me to nearby Littleton Auto Body where Vinny helped me immediately. With some vigorous contortion, Vinny was able to remove the burnt-out bulb, offered to replace it with the standard bulb he had in stock, but noted that the burned-out bulb was high intensity, which I needed. He allowed me to go back to the shop that had disappointed me and repurchase the bulb I'd returned. (The man at the repair shop insisted again that it was impossible to perform this bulb replacement without removing the battery and probably more so he was sure - erroneously -- that Vinny was replacing the wrong bulb.) As soon as I got back to Littleton Auto Body, Vinny installed the bulb. (It wasn't easy to do.) When I asked Vinny what I owed him in addition to my profound gratitude, he said we were all set and had me put my wallet away. Although I've written very few reviews, I'm delighted to write this one. Go to Littleton Auto Body. My daughter's truck fan would run for several minutes after shutting it off. The second time she got it back it was leaking oil and smoking like crazy... It was not doing that when she brought it in. The fan problem was a simple fix of a new thermostat and they couldn't even figure it out the first 2 visits. The last visit they finally figured it out, but it was smoking and leaking oil when she picked it up this time. So she brought it back to have them right their wrong. Apparently their mechanic broke something on the motor while troubleshooting... Again! They overused the truck while test driving it....I guess it's ok to joyride in the customers rigs while having the rig in their care for two plus week both times they were supposed to be fixing it... And didn't. This is unacceptable any way you look at it. Now they're telling her truck has a broken spacer on the engine causing the oil leak. This was NOT a problem before their mechanic broke it. They won't admit their mistakes and it's going to cost so much to fix, my daughter already paid them $2400, she can't afford to get it worked on by anyone else, and it's not usable the way it is. Sorry for the rant, but this is so wrong that I felt everyone needs to know what kind of business they run. It really looks like they break things while fixing the original problem, so customers have to keep going back and wasting more time and $$$. So, don't let this happen to you!! Unfortunately this is an old trick by mechanics to make more $$$ at the customers expense. If you go to a mechanic for one simple problem to be fixed, you shouldn't have more problems when you pick it up after supposedly being fixed in the first place. Since they won't own up to their mess up, we are reporting them to the better business bureau and warning everyone we know that they are not trustworthy and they are rude with customers they have screwed over

Instead, we were charged $400 for a 20 minute tow, and he left our car (which had entirely broken windows) open to the rain all night it sat, which flooded the entire interior. Instead of offering to help, he immediately defended himself as not liable and threatened us with higher charges for "flipover rate" and claimed we were on private property during the crash and would call the police on us. He kept a snobbish attitude and cheeky grin when telling two minors with little knowledge of these ordeals. When leaving, I overheard three other boys around my age complaining about similar issues. Nobody should rely on this dude to get them out of a tough time and Grondin runs a questionable business.
