They ordered the snow tires immediately and installed them Saturday morning. While installing the new tires they noticed I had 2 all season tires that needed to be trashed. They placed the remaining 2 tires in plastic bags and put them in my trunk - what a thoughtful thing to do! They also replaced a stripped lug nut, which could have been a real problem in the future. I wasn't sure what time I could pick up the car on Saturday and they offered to meet me on a Sunday (they are closed on Sundays) if that could make it easier for me.
