Upon arriving, I had to show the staff member my order details. The bathroom was clean, but the water pressure was extremely low. The music was a bit loud for my liking. There's outdoor and indoor seating. I did notice the staff using gloves to place the order, so I hope the gloves were removed before preparing the food. I went to the restroom after verifying the order.

Was a long time customer for years I now will go to any other location because I called in and had the "owner" pick up the phone luckily her employees aren't as rude and condescending as her. (On top of all of this I'd like to think the service would be better with her present but I had a few hairs attached to my utensils and to go bowl) The owner wanted to lecture me on how asking for almonds over granola wasn't going to slide at every location, bad mouthing the north lake location saying they can be rude and won't comply with a gf substitute. Actually just went there they had a gf substitute already made up for the granola in the bowls, and where very kind. I will not be returning to this location I'd rather not give someone like this my money or business. Love 3 natives though I'd try the north lake or El Cid location, also juice stop if your in jupiter. read more

You can ask two questions and i encourage businesses to do so: 1 Is that a service animal required due to a disability? 2 what tasks are they trained to perform? There were two people that came up to me showing and telling me that she cannot do that and he is allowed inside BY LAW. Service animals are not required to have a leash on if it interferes with the tasks the animal does, and are not required to have any sort of identification on at all. It's hot outside.. i'm not putting so much gear on my dog for a 5 minute trip. Please get better, do not immediately judge someone and approach them with attitude, but instead ask the two ADA questions.

As I was leaving one of the employees asked me how it was, I was honest and he apologized and walked back with like 8 $2 off cards. It was a nice gesture but I can't see myself coming back 8 times to spend $13 each on a frozen bowl of flavored water and granola. Also, side note... not sure why it has to be so cold in there, I couldn't sit there and eat without shaking. What an unpleasant experience.
