The coffee was presented in a white ToGo cup bearing a logo in cursive "The Hedges Inn" at East Hampton, which is the Pink Paradise Café sister company. Being busy is understandable, but it shouldn't affect how customers are spoken to or treated. The person taking orders is often the first interaction a customer has, and that experience matters. A little patience, professionalism, and courtesy goes a long way, even during a rush. I enjoy coming to Aioli, which is why I hope management takes this feedback constructively and is more mindful of who is interacting with customers at the counter.

But yesterday, I took my coffee to go. I got in the car and took my first sip. I swear that my Iced Americano (black) had undertones of raspberry and chocolate. I sipped again... yep! The coffee was so bold, so refreshing and so delicious, yet I could taste different flavors in the coffee - this was a first for me (since there were no added flavors to the coffee). I'm so impressed with the quality and flavor of the coffee that they use.
