So this is the only smoothie bar for about 10 miles. That said they have a good product, their smoothies are flavorful and the combinations of flavors are well done. You can add and take away ingredients as you see fit. It's a very typical smoothie bar but I would avoid going in there between 11-1 PM if you can because they have a huge lunch rush. I have to say though the service and the staff are simply superb. The manager goes above and beyond trying to make each customer feel welcome. Don't come here if you have a service animal and are disabled. I accidentally walked in here but then decided i wanted a smoothie. Btw which was very watery. I entered, immediately the lady at the counter said i cannot have my dog inside, that's okay because it shows that they don't tolerate fake service dogs, but then i informed her that he is a service animal, she scoffed and said they all service animals and i said he's a legit SD and she proceeded to ask me "what's wrong w you that you need a SD" . I told her it is invasive to ask me what my disabilities are, bc wtf?? You can ask two questions and i encourage businesses to do so: 1 Is that a service animal required due to a disability? 2 what tasks are they trained to perform? There were two people that came up to me showing and telling me that she cannot do that and he is allowed inside BY LAW. Service animals are not required to have a leash on if it interferes with the tasks the animal does, and are not required to have any sort of identification on at all. It's hot outside.. i'm not putting so much gear on my dog for a 5 minute trip. Please get better, do not immediately judge someone and approach them with attitude, but instead ask the two ADA questions. read more

Probably the last time I'll be eating here. Takeout is never ready and staff quality is poor at best. The girl working the register is very nice but everyone else is lackadaisical at best. In my most recent order, I called in a wrap. Arrive 10 min later. The guys are standing around in the back chatting and on their phones, no masks, no cares given. When the cashier asks them if the to-go order for my wrap is ready the guy goes "oh yeah" and then starts making it after I get there. The food just isn't good enough to justify this crappy service. This location is a GERM fest. I'm writing this review so others in the area know to go to another location. The bathroom is 100% disgusting. Out of 4 people working there today, only one of them had gloves on. The two employees that were making the smoothies didn't have gloves on. I don't know if this is normal practice so I ordered a smoothie anyway. The guy who was itching his hair and then grabbing lids to put on top of the smoothies was the first thing I noticed and then the girl making smoothies without gloves not only had extremely long nails but was digging her ungloved hand into spinach and putting it in everyone's smoothies. Are employees not taught to wear gloves in general but especially with nails that can house so many germs even if they were washing their hands? I didn't even drink my smoothie after seeing this and gave them $7 basically for nothing. Besides the fact that every time I walk in no one ever even says hello and all staff looks angry that they even have to be there. I said ok, but I ordered sandwiches. Her response was "Well I am just telling you what the screen says". I told her "ok, but we ordered two turkey bacon ranch sandwiches, not 2 chicken bacon ranch flatbreads". and her response with an attitude was "So what do you want me to do? Make you sandwiches?"
