I'm a coffee girl, but I'm trying not to drink as much. It was recommended that I try the Caramel Latte. While coffee can be added I opted not to. When I say I'm hooked!!! Not only was it great tasting it was filling. This is definitely a great meal replacement option. They also give you a cup of tea with your protein shake, however I've yet to have room for the tea after drinking the shake.
