Pulp is the spot for smoothies around the Willoughby area. I have been to this place easily 2 dozen times, and my hands down favorite is Pulp Fusion. It's an energy drink smoothie with strawberries, bananas, some other berry I forget, Red bull!!, and then your choice of extra boost. Normally I get Whey Protein but this day I got Immunity because it's spring time and there are germs flying everywhere. If you are at all familiar with Roebek's or Jamba Juice then you get the idea of Pulp. Try the three Red Bull smoothies they have, they are awesome, all the wraps they have are really good and their menu is deep! If you are new take your time and figure out what you want. I have been going here for years and never had any issues before. This week I went 3 days in a row and ordered the same smoothie. I noticed on the 3 day it was different and it didn't taste like it did the other days. When I said something about it, I was told the strawberries changed the color and it should taste the same. The one young lady had major attitude and the manager seemed unconcerned, and just stood there and basically said nothing. When I asked him about consistency of the smoothie, he then said we try. I just felt like as a manager in the service industry, you could have simply said let us make it again for you. As, I said to them it seems as if no one cares. Still nothing. I've been a fan of Pulp since college. It's never let me down. This location was no different. We walked in on New Years Day and there was no one else in the store. Went in tonight at 8:10pm and ordered a carrot juice. The young girl at the register said 'sorry... the juicer has already been cleaned for the night'. I am extremely disappointed, I was going to order 2 juices & an acai bowl and because of that all I could get was an acai bowl. I ordered the original acai with granola on the side & when it was ready, the young girl making it had put the granola on top. Pulp smoothies are amazing! I really like the mango tango, triple berry and elite eight. My favorite smoothie though is the Protein Packer. I get mine with no chocolate so it is basically frozen yogurt, peanut butter, bananas, protein, and almond milk. It is fantastic!! The service is also great and I enjoy going to pulp. I usually go to the pulp in Mayfield Hts but I decided to give this one a try because it is open an hour later on Sundays than the one I usually go to which had already closed for the evening. This was my first time visiting this pulp, and I ordered the smoothie that I always get which is the three berry with cranberry juice and peaches added to it. I am not sure what went wrong, but it was absolutely disgusting! It literally tasted like medicine. It was very bitter and tasted nothing like what it usually tastes like. Had I taken a sip of it prior to leaving, I probably would've went back and requested a new one be made for me because $5 for a 32 oz, I should at least be satisfied. I finished drinking it even though it was awful and it made me so sick to my stomach! I know it had to be the smoothie because it was the only thing I had all day other than water. My daughter got a strawberry banana smoothie and she said it was okay. The reason why 2 stars were given is because although the smoothie was not up to par, the customer service was good, but not good enough to make me want to go back. The smoothies are usually good at Pulp. However, I tried the Acai Bowl for the first time and it was not good. It had a lot of ingredients, but NO smoothie. It had too scoops of frozen yogurt or something (). Very disappointing!!!! Reboks' Acai bowls are 100% better. I would not recommend Pulp for a Acai bowl or any bowls. read more

I have an at minimum 1 smoothie per day habit that has is gradually increasing. Raging berry is my fav so I have a large one with regular Redbull to get me going in the morning. I'm not sure how healthy my selection is but it sure tastes amazing and if a strange virus may take me out of this world in a moments notice then damn it I WILL drink my large smoothie and enjoy all 32oz of it and seize the day or at least that's how I feel as I'm walking out the door with Raging Berry every morning. Love the staff, always pleasant and cheerful. Love the owner, he supports my son's baseball team at South High School and thank you for that. The food which I've only recently started ordering is awesome! Chicken Caesar Spinach Wrap is fantastic, Honey Mustard Chicken Wrap is fantastic and the PB&G Wrap and that stands for peanut butter & granola if you don't know now ya know is hands-down sent from the heavens to provide nourishment in the most delicious way. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Very bad attitude coming from the workers. I wasn't given my receipt and when I asked, they said they couldn't. My smoothie that I paid for wasn't even filled all the way even close to the top as I am a regular customer and know where it usually goes up to. My 3 friends I were at pulp today and we were sitting at the bar seat by the window and we pulled up two chairs from the next table. It's not like their was anyone else there, the place was empty. We decided not to buy anything because we decided to see a movie and didn't have enough money for both so we left and as we were leaving someone yelled at us "thanks for putting back the chairs" I usually love pulp but that was that was annoying.
