I know the area has multiple options, but I really liked how clean, professional, and engaging this location was. We both went in separately to get our readings, and we both were very pleased. During my reading, she really did pick up on certain things; beyond the generic and vague questions you'd expect to hear. She even said certain things that only family members have mentioned to me in private, things even my friend didn't know I was experiencing... essentially she really did pick up on things no regular person would be able to deduce. Her prices were reasonable, fair, and didn't give me any "scammer" vibes (like some of the reviews of others in the area) . She made sure any and all questions were answered. I was a little nervous about what I'd hear just based on the way life has been going. She didn't just tell you nice things you'd want to hear. She was honest and specific. As a few other reviews note, the class (I did level 3 with my husband) was more about stretching and breathing, which is what I was hoping for. It was nice to un-tighten, and nice to give my mind a break on a Saturday morning. After class, the owner and that class's teacher, Master Kim, as well as Lydia (who works there) came over to talk with us, which was pleasant. We learned this type of yoga is more traditional, compared to the harder yoga workouts that are trendier these days. If you're looking for a place to show off your Lululemon and Insta' your practice, it might not be for you (though I'm sure you'd still be welcome!). But, if you want to unwind and stretch and rest your mind, this was a nice class for it. $10/class and drop-in makes it likely we'll be back!

Matthew has thoughtfully designed each session to be a high class experience, from the moment you walk in - you're greeted by a beautiful open space, mats, bolsters, blocks, weighted eye masks, and blankets. There's a printed card which covers the details of each session provided ahead of the class that outlines the experience. The session itself is calming, deep, and a much needed disconnect from the chaos of the outside world. Afterwards he offers herbal tea and some of us spend time socializing before heading out.
