She explained everything even so I could understand. Maddy our cleaning/gum specialist so tender and so so sweet to explain everything she is doing. She made me feel like my teeth weren't as bad as I thought they were. Dr.Christensen saw to my concerns and addressed them leaving me with no fear to go back. He is kind and understanding. With a good sense of humor. Cory our insurance advisor explained everything simply and easily and also offered us in house for my daughter that doesn't have insurance. She made sure we understood everything before we left. This whole team ultimately made me understand how important and priceless it is to maintain your teeth. Most importantly Alyssa's tour set is up it felt like we were on a cruise or a resort exclusively. Maddy helping reinterate the importance of teeth care. I love this place and recommend it a million percent. So much that I was willing to pay no matter what for them to take care me. Luckily Cory and Alyssa made sure I got my insurance info to which benifits me. Thank you Kimberly for getting my husband in especially working with his crazy work schedule. He fit me in for a dental emergency even though I wasn't already a patient and took time to make me feel like we'd known each other for years. One thing I always look for with dentists and doctors is how they treat their staff. He clearly had a comfortable report, trusted and asked for their ideas and perspectives and seemed to collaborate on complicated situations with them nicely. I'm so glad to have found a new dentist and am happy to make the 30 minute drive from my home to go back to him.

Had to tell him stop because yes, we were not on the same page. Then I told him I was allergic to penicillin and he still prescribed something like it upset my stomach terribly. So on the second visit, he goes and prescribes a different medication telling me to take it with yogurt. I am lactose intolerant. I do not recommend going to this dentist at all. Terrible experience. Have to change the new dentist to finish the work he started because I can't trust you. It was like I was talking to a wall.

A year later they were still trying to collect on charges I had already been billed on. Never had to pay on anything before they took over! We changed dentists & found out that Fairfield Dental charges twice as much as the dentist we see now. I will not recommend Fairfield Dental to anyone & believe me, I know lots of people from that area!

It felt a whole lot like they were trying to upsell me more than just take care of my teeth. I was not impressed. I will never go back. Looks like I'm not alone based on the other reviews here. Yikes.
