Awesome nail spa, booking can be called in or done online- you'll get a text confirmation in about a day. Service is wonderful, we were immediately greeted and seated, offered: water, coffee or wine. The gals that did our pedicures came over immediately. I received a fantastic pedicure, I love how all the products used were individually packaged! I've read several different posts, looked at posted photos and I'm quite sure that another salon was being reviewed (and received horrible marks) because the salon photos did not match 4 Season Nail Spa at 66th and university in Windsor Heights. THIS nail spa on University & 66th is CLEAN, well stocked, staff always friendly and aims to please. I have had nothing but positive experiences here, for nearly 4 years now. Got the "dip" manicure and basic pedicure just before New year's eve weekend and it was great! We were a group of 3 and were able to make an appointment so all 3 of us could be accommodated next to each other. It was wonderful. They actually placed us next to each other for both the pedicures and manicures which is rare. The dip manicure was great! Worth every penny. I have natural nails and it seems to be a healthy option for a long lasting pretty nail job. I have been receiving many compliments on the shape and color. This place is fabulous. My friend and I come here every month for manicures because of high quality service and care. They take about an hour to hour and a half for manicure which is great because they care about the detail. I've never had a manicure last more than a week without chipping until I discovered this nail place. I've done dip as well as shellac which both last 3 weeks without chipping. Do not come to this salon. The staff is rude and racist. The woman who did my dip manicure was speeding through it, and she was very unknowledgeable. She was also making me feel like a huge inconvenience and like I was deeply bothering her the entire experience. The gentleman who did my friend's nails made a sexist comment about women, and he was predujiced against my friend who is black. My nails came out bumpy and janky. I have an appointment so I make sure I'm there a little early. I get all checked in and they ask me what I want trying to figure out whos able to do what I want. The first person I spoke to said he was going them but the way he does marble. Which from hin sounded a little annoyed but I was trusting the process. Before even starting my nails person doing them gets up 2-3 times before even starting. He's starting and asks for my preferred shape and I told him coffin. Even after using clipper to start the shape he did very little to no shapping. He kept checking his file which was obvious warn down and white probably from other nails he's used it on. So even when he filed it didn't really do much. At this point there's still not a word from him were just sitting there and he's talking to other employees near him. There showing him messages and notifications as he's doing my nails. He's still randomly getting up. Probably has gotten up 3-4 more times. I went with acrylics this time around which I normally don't do. But as he's doing one hand I realize my wrist is hurting so I try and turn my hand a little so I'm not in pain. I tap on of my fingers on the side of the container and he HUFFS at me. Literally huffs. I was trying to apologize but after seeing how rude he was being I gave up. He finishes the acrylic and shapes again which I had hope but my nails still looked like thin square nails. Plus my nails on the right are linger then the left. He goes to do the marble and continues adding yellow to every nail mutilating the color and turning it from the bright pride nails I wanted to more of a at home tie dye look. I'm continuing to ask hey can we make this brighter and he obviously confused. My mom comes over and sees I'm not happy but what else am I to do. From the get go he's made it clear he's doing things his way. After we're done I'm just so disappointed. He gets up not one word. Not thank you not anything. I go up to pay and it's 80$ 80$ for uneven nails that don't even look close to what I want. Why am I being charged so much for him doing the most and not doing what I asked. I paid and I left. I will never go back. I shouldn't feel intimated by how rude the person doing my nails is towards me. I shouldn't be squared to speak up bc of the attitude he was giving. My sister and I were looking for a new spot to get our pedicures done so we decided to try out this place. The décor is definitely very swanky and looks inviting, the prices were a bit steeper than other nail salon places I have frequented. When we got there we were immediately seated in our pedicure chairs. The experience was ok for the price. There are different packages you can pick from, I can't remember the package we ended up choosing. I was slightly disappointed with the service as they did not even scrap off the callus areas on our feet and the leg massage was ok. They do serve you wine while you are getting your pedi which was nice. I had requested a second glass which the gal promptly provided. The worker next to her spoke in her language asking why my glass was so full. What she didn't realize was that I completely understood what she said. It just made the experience a little bit less pleasant as you should always be careful on what you say around paying customers. The gal who did my toes painted my French manicure perfectly so I definitely do not have any complains there. The girl who did my sisters toes unfortunately was having a hard time with her request. It was so bad that the owner actually came out to paint her toes. The owner was actually very very nice and helpful so kudos to her for making the effort to fix what could have been a painting disaster. My sister actually wanted a pink hue with her French pedicure but for some reason was told it was not possible. Which is odd because every where else that I have been to does it. I was hoping to love this place as it was close by but it will be my last visit. read more

I was in the area and decided to try this cute nail salon. It is cute and the young woman who took care of me was very nice. However, I would not recommend coming here. They seem to do mostly shellac nails so the smell of chemicals is a bit overwhelming even with a mask. The young woman who was taking cate of me did not wear a mask. My pedicure was done first and it was fine. My manicure was disappointing and painful. The first red flag was that she used the same equipment that she had used on my feet. The second red flag was that she didn't use any cuticle lotion or soak my hand to soften the cuticles before scraping and cutting the cuticles. It was a bit painful. I asked about cuticle lotion and a soak but the young woman didn't speak good English and told me she would take care of the cuticles. After my cuticle area was red and starting to bleed a bit, I once again requested water to soak my hand to soften the cuticle. This time the young woman understood and went to get a bowl of warm water. She still didn't use any cuticle lotion. I wanted my nails buffed for my manicure. The young woman didn't understand but one of the other techs did and they told her what to get. The third and final red flag was that she went to get a buffer and came back with one that had clearly been used on someone else beforehand. read more

I went to get my nails done for my wedding. I just wanted a simple nude nail. The girl doing my nails was wearing her air pods the entire time talking on her phone. She used a pink color, I wanted nude. The girl doing my nails was not rude and she had no issues giving me the color that I wanted. I am a very soft-spoken person and there was no Karen attitude going on between us until the owner came over, yes the owner! When the gal began to start over, the owner comes over and says, "I just don't think we can make you happy and I think you should leave." I had been going in there on and off for 10 years and never had an issue with anybody. I hardly ever get my nails done. I just wanted a nude nail. I could not believe how shitty she treated me in front of every other person in that salon. I wanted to cry! She's crazy. The owner is a rude crazy witch! Date of service was 2/4/23. I would recommend making an appointment if you are on a tight time frame just to make sure you get in. I've been doing the dip for a long time and they do a wonderful job! We were there the day before St. Patrick's day 2019 and they were swarmed even with an appointment. There were 3 manicures and pedicures. I had an ok manicure which is gel but my daughter's girlfriend was waiting for a while before the female owner came to her aid. Within a few minutes, there was a switch over from her to her husband. He was uneasy because my daughter's girlfriend might be too pretty and blinded him or he has ADD. He seemed uneasy, distracted and careless of how he attended to her. Perhaps he was unhappy that he was asked to come to his wife's aid. At one point, he painted the wrong color gel on her thumb and this coming from a professional. My daughter had a good experience with her technician who gave her the layered polish dips and was English speaking. While I like that the technicians took care of their health by having a mouth mask on, it was difficult to understand their sentences because English is not their first language. The owners did not wear mouth masks and the female owner spoke English well. Otherwise, the pedicures were ok. Prices are standard reasonable. Like most salons these days, they take cash only on tips. Even with such a treatment rendered upon my daughter's girlfriend, I gave a 20% tip on the total spend. I may go back to them when I visit my daughter again because their salon is within walking distance. We just have to request for English speaking technicians and hope for the best. read more

By far the most not recommended nail salon i've ever been too . I showed a lady a picture and asked if she could do it and if not, it's fine . She shook her head yes and spend over an hour just to get the acrylics on so I was expecting them to last. She ended up not understanding how to do the design and I asked if she could fix them and add more glitter but she just ignored and me and nodding her head yes . Been coming here for quite some time now and I love it! Well, we live nearby so I can walk there like in 5 minutes so that's another plus for me. It seems like they have a lot of regulars here and I'm not surprised at all. The staff is really great! Every time I come here they would always ask me if I want something to drink. They don't have TV too which was nice if you need some quiet time. One of my favorite here is Didi and he does a great job every time I come here for a shellac service or even just a regular nail service. There's a nearby coffee shop which was nice if you decided to come in early in the morning, so grab some. They're not too expensive compare to the ones that I've been to. A regular mani and pedi will cost around $40+(not including the tip), you can't beat that price. Sure, if you want some extra, it's still not going to cost an arm and a leg. Anyway most of usual service that they have already had a quick massage which is still nice. It's no one of the salons around here that will just charge you some small there and not tell you that they're not actually included in the service. This is the kind of place you come to and tell them what would you only like to get done. I'm pretty sure I am not going anywhere anytime soon. TIPS: If you can call prior to your appointment, that will be much btter. They sometimes get booked really fast, though they accept walk-ins. Just go that if you want to save some time as well and not wait there for a long time. For tips, bring some cash too since they only charge you for the service if you used a credit/debit card. read more

Best nail salon I've been to in years! I brought the family for a girls outing and they were very kind, CLEAN and thorough with the pedicures. They even had liners in the footpaths! it was a large store and very calming and nice atmosphere. Nice music that was not too loud and plenty of chairs so I could sit with all my sisters and mother. read more
