The salon boasts hundreds of polish colors, neatly organized on the east wall in a gorgeous rainbow array, featuring top brands like DND, OPI and Essie. You're sure to find the perfect shade and shimmer for your fingers or toes! The salon's ambiance is clean, cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxing pampering session with friends and features 6 pedicure chairs and 6 nail stations. There are three pedicure options to choose from of which I opted for the "Deluxe Pedicure", priced at $47, though the "Volcano Spa" option was very tempting with the 7 scent varieties available. One word. Precise. I was so impressed with the attention to detail and the work to make my nails look flawless. I needed my acrylic nails cut back and cleaned up. I picked a neutral color. No big deal, right? She meticulously took off all the colored dip (salmon color) that were on my nails and did them without complaint. Great pedicure! I made a last minute online appointment for 5:45 on a Thursday and I walked in around 5 to wait until my scheduled time, just on the off chance I could get in early. They gladly took me right when I walked in, and I was out before 6! It was a great pedicure and didn't feel rushed, in the slightest. The nice woman who did my pedicure (I didn't catch her name) did an amazing job and was so kind. Spacing of individuals is good. My usual is a pedicure and nails. My nails are long which need extra time. Andrew is my nail tech. He does an outstanding job with attention to detail for my shellac on the toes with a basic pedicure and a dip French Tip on my nails. Andrew is one of the best. Horrible place not only did she not listen to me I wanted acrylics and longer she did dip with no tips. I had to stop her before she painted my tips a different color because my nails were all uneven. She said I still put on nail color and I said nope you are done. She was rude and never spoke to me. Little did she know I could understand what she was saying so I walked out. My sister was paying that day and she did not get charged thankfully because not one of my nails are the same length or shape plus the dip is to thick. Stay away if you like a nice nail tech that will pay attention to you. My sisters nails were better but still not good. She drove 2 hrs for a girls day to be treated horrible and have them talk rude about you when they didn't know you could understand. My husband is Asian so I understand but can't speak. I had a fabulous pedicure Then I sat down with Cindy for a tip and dip and it went downhill from there. 2.5 hours later taking away my entire day off. My nails look super thick and wide and gross. Cut up cuticle's too. I told her they were too thick she said usually I dip more. She knew I was unhappy and offered nothing to fix. I had a terrific manicurist at this shop before COVID but stopped going before the vaccine enabled us to have greater confidence to go out and about more safely. She is no longer here and when I asked for other names listed on Yelp, they were also no longer empl oyed here. So I took my chances and went with whoever they gave me. I was NOT disappointed! Parrs gave me one of the best pedicures I've ever had. Plus she is thoughtful in making sure I was comfortable. I believe she takes pride in her work and insisted I let the polish dry 15 minutes so I wouldn't mess it up after I left. I am here in Des Moines from out of state so I have been a bit anxious about going to a new place for a mani/pedi. I called ahead to make a same day appointment for a pedicure and when I arrived I was greeted and in a chair within minutes. The salon is clean , spacious , and peaceful. It was pretty busy and I noticed no one waited more than a few minutes- even walk ins. There are three types of pedicures to choose from. It had been a while since my last one so I chose the spa pedicure. It was hands down the best pedicure I have ever gotten so it was worth every penny. They included all the things other salons will charge more for like a hot stone massage. I think I got a massage that lasted at least 15 mins. I almost fell asleep and that never happens. I love my pedicure. It turned out great. My nails are in bad shape so I'm taking a break from my favorite shellac or SNS manicure. I chose to get a basic manicure with clear polish and that turned out amazing. I will only be in Des Moines for a couple of months but this will definitely be my go to spot for nail care. read more

Decent job but horrible service. We came in as a walk in and they sat us. They were rude for the two pedicures that we wanted. On top of that, every request seemed problematic. First my wife got a polish that was too light on the first polish that she picked and asked for a French tip; he seemed irritated about that request. Then she just asked for a French tip. My wife thought that the polish was sloppily and asked that it could be cleaned up and he acted like it was problematic. And my lady was plain rude. They have matching colors, which is big to me. A young woman with an appointment and obviously a regular, showed the owner a picture of something she wanted to try.
