The technician rushed through everything, barely cleaned, and didn't even smooth the rough areas properly.For the price they charge, the service should at least meet the bare minimum standards -- but this was nowhere close. I had to fix parts of it myself afterward, which completely defeats the purpose of going to a salon. Overall, very disappointing experience. I won't be returning, and I hope management takes customer concerns more seriously.

I arrived around 1:04 PM. When I got there, I was told one nail tech had already left for the day. I was then told to see Tim, but he said he couldn't take me because he had appointments. However, I had just seen him leaving and returning, and there was no one visibly being serviced at that time. This is not the first issue I've had. On a previous appointment booked in advance with Ryan, I arrived and he was still finishing another client. I was not given the option to wait for him and was instead sent to a newer nail tech, which resulted in my nails being done incorrectly and I was also overcharged. Overall, I've experienced inconsistent communication, poor scheduling coordination, and unsatisfactory service despite booking ahead. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

The lady who was about to do my nails was complaining to someone else that she didn't have too much time for me because someone else was coming to get her nails done. Should of let when I heard her say it... The water she let my hands soaked in didn't have any soap. She barely let my first hand soak in the water and started pulling at my cuticles. 5 of my fingers out of ten started to bleed and all she said was, "Very dry skin".... Threw a steaming hot towel on my hands for about 30 seconds and then started on the nail polish. She did it so incredibly quick to which after she was done she asked if I wanted "QuickDry" to which I figured she just was trying to quickly get me out of the seat, so I said "sure". I also do want to mention how unsanitary it is here. Nothing seemed to be clean at all except for a little glass sitting on the side of her that said "sterile". Once I was rung up, she mentioned that the QuickDry was an extra $1. Niceeeee. It's only a $1, but it would of been nice of her to mention it was extra. The manicure itself was only $12 with regular polish, and totaled out to be $13... not bad, but I know a better place where I live that's cleaner, has better customer service and CARE about what they're doing for only $15! Would never recommend this place, I would def steer clear. Also, my nail chipped the next day... I know I didn't get gel nail polish, but seriously? I can do my own nails for free and it would take several days for them to chip! UGH!
