The gentleman that did my pedicure pick at my big toe until it started bleeding. He just continued while my toe was bleeding like nothing happened. Then when I went to leave he charged me 88.00 for everything. Another worker explained that pedicure was 20.00 with a specific purchase at at certain time which is not what the sighn says. Never again will I come here. I went in for an acrylic pedicure and had pictures of exactly what i wanted nothing crazy just basic white toes but with acrylic to give my toes a more square shape. The lady doing them was mean the whole time and everytime i would try to express how much i did not like the length bc they looked like claws on my feet she would get irritated with me. Mind you i have gotten an acrylic pedicure so many times before so i know how it should look like. She cut me so many times my toes were bleeding and are now raw. The shape is so bad and rounded instead of square. Anytime I spoke up I was scared bc she would give me a hard time or roll her eyes at me. I went in with my plans in my mind. I was pushed to accept higher priced procedure. As an observer, I found the staff to have a nice personable and relaxed behavior. This my opinion only based on my experience.. My pedicure was the worse job ever. The paint job was horrible. See picture. My feet were left dry. Normally when I leave a salon my feet are smooth, hydrated. I left there feeling I needed another pedicure. I get regular nail polish on the feet not gel. They didn't have a nail dryer. I never heard of a nail salon that didn't have a nail dryer. Come on at least have one, Especially if kids come. I had to sit and wait for them to dry. Gel manicure, why is it, when you tell them this nail is cricket they get so annoyed. Well she got so annoyed, she said well you do it. Hands me the nail filer and walks away. Unprofessional and sloppy! I stopped by on a weekday for a manicure to avoid the weekend crowds thinking I'd get prompt, decent service. I didn't have to wait, but the service was anything but decent. As the technician was working on my cuticles, I felt a sharp pinch on my finger and saw that she had cut into my nail bed and I was now bleeding! Despite putting some "medicated" drops on my finger, it just kept bleeding. She tried dabbing it with a tissue but by finger just kept bleeding as she was filing my other nails. At this point I was starting to feel a throbbing pain and I wasn't going to put polish on what could turn into an infection. She apologized several times but I was completely uncomfortable at this point. I requested the manager and showed her what happened. She barely apologized and seemed more annoyed than anything else saying accidents do happen. WHAT?! Is that really how they treat customers? She offered me a $5 discount for a future service which I found completely insulting considering I was leaving the salon without the service I came in for and bleeding. What an unprofessional, rude experience! When I got to my car I looked down and saw another cuticle had been mangled and now two were bleeding and would require antibiotic ointment. I paid for a refill with gel polish and within a hour of them being done, the gel began to peel on ALL of my nails. I went back the following morning to be turned away with no accommodation and a lot of inconvenience, as if my money wasn't good enough. They scheduled for me to return at 6pm to call at 530pm to say they can't do it until the following morning, as if I haven't been inconvenienced enough. This place has been in the neighborhood for a few months now. I visited once before, but forgot to write a review. My last visit I only got a pedicure. The pedicure service wasn't memorable to be honest. It could just be that it was so long ago that I legit don't remember. This time around I went with a gel manicure and pedicure. So impressed with my nails. I'm super picky about when they file my nails. Tina did such a good job. I tried this place a short time after they opened and every time I've had nothing but pleasant experiences and haven't been anywhere else since. I've seen a different person each time for a gel on gel full set / refills since and I've also had arms and full face wax done. The staff always smiles and is friendly. They have always made conversation with me and makes sure I'm satisfied checking in throughout the process to see if I am happy with the length and shape. The prices are fair and the only times my nails have broken are when I go three weeks between appointments and have hand scrubbed my bathrooms, which is no fault on their quality, just me being negligent and rough. Tonight was truly excellent customer service - I had a long day at work and I called close to 7:00pm only 30 minutes before they close, I asked if they would be able to take me if I arrived in 10-15min for a refill and Isabelle stayed late to take care of me. She was so personable and professional and didn't make me feel bad or make me feel like I was putting them out for coming in so last minute. I will go out of my way to try to make sure I only go when I know she is working now. It seems like the previous one star reviews either didn't treat the staff with respect or give them an opportunity to correct something that they weren't satisfied with. (One review specifically stated that they didn't speak up and fixed it themselves at home, so how could the staff possibly know to make things right). read more

I've been going here for years and to the same technician. Over time she kept getting worse so I stop going. Most recently I went back and the next day my gel polish popped off. I had to travel for work and could ret immediately. i went back and she was offended that I told her I wasn't please. I started coming here because they use the bags for pedicures which is absolutely the best when it comes to sanitary. Cassie does my nails and she's absolutely the best. Very professional and real! I get the dip powder and my nails last at least 3 plus weeks. Pedicure can last often times almost a month. Very pleased with the service!! read more

The worst gel manicure I've ever had. I recently moved back in town and figured I tried this place out, so I made a 5:30 appt for a gel manicure. They were running behind because there was only 3 people working. The women who did my manicure totally rushed it. She cut my cuticles to the point I bled. It hurt and when she knew she cute me she did not slow down at all. I don't understand how you can rush while cutting someone's cuticles. She brushed the paint on my nails as if she was in a race. So, it was my first time at Pink Mani Pedi, in Burlington NJ, today. I'm giving this establishment 2 Stars. Reason being is the facility is very nice and clean. I had two people work on me today. One did my pedicure and the other completed my full set. The young lady who did my pedicure, was excellent! She was very polite and very attentive/ catering to me . So, she got a $5 tip. But the gentleman who did my full set (seated at one of the front stations to the left, as you walk in) would not give me what I wanted. First, he tried to force me to get gel polish on my nails. He appeared to be upset when I told him I didn't want gel polish. Then, when I asked him to taper my nails at the tip, he refused to do it. How do you not give your customer, who is paying their money for your services, what they want? So, he did not receive a cash tip from me, at all. I had a pedicure and a full set of acrylics with an ombré gel. I can't remember the girls name that did my pedicure, but she did a good job. I had Nikki for my nails, and she did an amazing job. She took her time to make sure they were perfect. I've been getting my nails done for years, and this is the nicest they have ever been done. The only snag was that my appt was scheduled for 10 and they don't open until 10:30. They were very apologetic and took me right away when they opened. This place takes cash only, but if you forget, they have an atm machine. The charge was only $1 which seemed fair to me. It was also very clean. It did get very busy, but they had many technicians. I would recommend an appointment if you know when you would like to go. I will definitely be going back. read more
