I booked an appointment a week in advance for a refill. The nail tech was double booked, instead of the manager trying to fix the issue I was asked to reschedule!! Not only is this place more expensive than most places in the area but this has happened more than once. I will not be returning. I've had multiple disappointing experiences at La Blue Nails on 1817 Mt Holly Rd, Burlington, NJ. On my most recent visit, I called around 12:25 PM to schedule a fill-in and spoke with Ryan, who told me to come in since they were not busy. I arrived around 1:04 PM. When I got there, I was told one nail tech had already left for the day. I was then told to see Tim, but he said he couldn't take me because he had appointments. However, I had just seen him leaving and returning, and there was no one visibly being serviced at that time. This is not the first issue I've had. On a previous appointment booked in advance with Ryan, I arrived and he was still finishing another client. I was not given the option to wait for him and was instead sent to a newer nail tech, which resulted in my nails being done incorrectly and I was also overcharged. Overall, I've experienced inconsistent communication, poor scheduling coordination, and unsatisfactory service despite booking ahead. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. read more

Let me start by saying the manager, who I had my very 1st appointment with, had to transfer me to a different person at the last minute. I went for my nails and feet. When I walked to the front, the front desk already had the price generated even before the technician told them what was done. I was overcharged $150. That is outrageous. When I told the technician what I was charged, she said that was NOT right. But the salon did not give me any type of refund. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE. They did nothing to make this right. read more

The guy who did my nails he was super rushed with doing my set . I asked for a new set since I had a 2 month old of acrylic base left on my finger nails and he ignored me & just refilled only the bottom smh . Anyways , I thought he was going to do the designs that I showed him and he did something else. I asked him if he could try to match it with the picture I showed him and he said he could try (he didn't) . Remind you he used a little bit of acrylic base from their shop (I got the short acrylic nails) and he charged me $95 ! It only took him 20 min to do my nails smh . Never going back to this place . Very rude "nail tech". Barely said two words to me. 4 fingers got cut to the point of bleeding during this set. I asked for an eyebrow wax at the same time I had asked about a full set, after walking in a few moments after opening. Asked about the eyebrow wax at check out... I was told "oh no. No no. You're good" as this "nail tech" was walking away from me. I didn't get half of what I wanted. I can't justify just over $80 for rude treatment and lumpy nails to say the least. read more

I just got a full set and a pedicure done yesterday for my birthday. JaNae, the receptionist, was extremely nice and helped me so much in making sure I got what I was looking for. She set me up with Mei to do my pedicure. Mei was very nice and efficient. She was even running around the salon when she needed to grab something! Great service from her and I will definitely request her for next time. Chi was the one who did my acrylic set. She was also very nice and she did them very quickly while also making sure they looked great and we're done correctly. I then told him you don't call me when I'm waiting 10-30 minutes for you to finish someone in your chair. he told me he wasn't going to do my nails anymore since i was talking like that.
