Wow, had a frustrating experience here today. I planned a fun mommy/daughter outing to get manicures today, and chose 4 seasons as it is in the neighborhood. I called ahead and informed them of the services needed, and they confirmed they had availability with no wait time. When I walked in, I was surprised to see that it was crowded, but figured they had more staff in the back. This was not the case. After we waited for about 10-15 minutes, I asked one of the nail technicians how much longer the wait would be. They sounded exasperated and annoyed at being asked this question. They didn't offer us drinks outside of water, though I know they have options. When they finally arrived, my manicurist used her headset and talked on the phone the entire time. This is unprofessional. She was evidently distracted and again seemed annoyed when I asked her a question about the service or told her how I'd like my nails cut/shaped, since it interrupted her conversation. Despite telling multiple people that I want a regular manicure, she started to do a gel manicure. When I stopped and corrected her, she again seemed frustrated with me. She also forgot to provide a lotion massage; I had to remind her to do this. Thankfully the technician doing my daughter's nails was kind and did a good job, even adding sparkles on top which my daughter was delighted by. While our nails turned out nice, the experience here is very average. I will definitely not be coming back. read more

Thanh did the best pedicure I've had in a long time! She was outstanding. The man who did my nails with the "Boss" shirt, not so much. He talked about how he can rush through doing nails because he's been doing it for 20+ years. He REALLY rushed my nails, a lot of pain involved but they turned out pretty good. I made it clear my skin is very sensitive and I needed aloe vera instead of baby oil to get the wax off after my eyebrow waxing. He said he knew what he was doing and how to avoid that... Went today for a pedicure with just regular polish. Not a gel I chose deluxe which was $40. Then I asked for just a plain manicure cuticle file they didn't even put polish on. I even asked for clear polish but they did not put any polish on it all and my bill was $70, are there new owners there? I feel I was totally ripped off today. read more

I came in to get my powder nails taken off, that's all, not only did it take an hour and a half, but I left with bleeding and broken nails. I have gotten this same service countless times at other salons and never has it been this bad. The store was busy, which I can forgive, but the pain I went through is inexcusable. My cuticles were filed away to the point of bleeding and I left with polish still on and caked underneath the nail. Maybe their other services are good but DO NOT come here for a polish removal!! read more

Always feel rushed. Made an appointment with Tee and she pawned me off on someone else so she could take walk-in client of hers. I went once at 9 am hoping to avoid the weekend rush. When salon started getting busy the nail tech rushed me and got paint all over my fingers. Kept saying he was sorry but they were very busy and I could go home and wash the paint off of my hands! You make appointments only to wait 20-30 minutes to see your tech. Don't waste your money or time. read more

I had my nails done by Jack, he assured me he knew what I wanted when I told him I wanted narrow and not thick! I came here with a friend for a pedicure. First all the great things about this nail salon. I noticed their large selection of Opi and Essie nail polish which was really nice and they seem to keep them all well updated. They also have many pedi chairs and mani stations and it doesn't feel cramped at all. Also they have many TVs so you can easily watch TV from anywhere you sit. I also appreciate that they use new liners for each client in their pedicure tub and keep everything clean. And the chairs are pretty comfortable. Another big plus. Now the reasons why I only give three stars overall. Sadly they don't use clean sanitizer tools for each clients. I have seen the technicians just quickly rinse the tools in the old old water I had my feet in and put them back into the basket with other tools. (Pretty gross good thing I didn't see it before she used them on my toes as I would have protested). Then the ventilation in the room is pretty bad. I know the smell of acetone is unavoidable inside a nail salon but I have never been to a salon that it bothered me so much that I get a headache! Also for a deluxe pedicure for 40$ I expect a way better foot massage and perfection on applying polish on my nails. No smears on the side and over cuticles. Oh well it's still rainy and wet outside so I won't be showing off my pedicure as much as in summer time. I don't think I'll make this to my regular nail salons although the convenience of being very close to home is unbeatable. But for an occasional visit with friends might be worth it! read more

I am not one to complain or write reviews, but BEWEAR of this place. I got a manicure there tonight and she cut both of my thumbs too short causing them to bleed. She didn't even acknowledge it until she began to file my raw, bleeding skin and it began to drip blood. Again, I am not one to say anything, but as she told me it would $45 I then told her "you made me bleed." She then nonchalantly said "sorry" and offered me $5 off. Stopped by early in the day since I had a break in my work schedule for the first pedicure I've gotten in over a year and it was FANTASTIC! Tee was my nail tech and she took her time and pampered my tired mommy feet. She just let me sit back and zone out and it was bliss. They have COVID precautions in place and plenty of space. Went in for a pedicure with a friend. Right from the beginning, they didn't seem very friendly. My tech was really rough with the massages. I could feel her nails digging in the entire time. When I got the towel wrap, she didn't air out the steaming towel at all and ignored my discomfort at the heat. My legs were very red when they were removed. My friend and I went for a spa day and made appointments. The tech who did my pedicure was awful. The spa tub at best had lukewarm water in it. I had gel on my toes and she was trying to peel it off, instead of soaking it and then using a file or the electric nail file to remove it. She was aggressive with the cuticle cutter and cut me several times. My left foot she didn't even use the foot file on and just painted my nails, which also looks horrible. Both feet still have so much dead skin on the heels. There was maybe a 2 min foot massage and I'm not sure I would even call it that. I will never return and people should be aware. For the cost of getting your nails done these days, I expected better service. Worst $76 I have ever spent and Worst gel pedicure ever. You think you are paying one price and the next thing you know it's $20-$30 more. read more
