I usually go somewhere else to get my nails done, but my usual nail girl is out recovering from surgery. I came here only because my coworkers kept telling me how good it was here. 15 minutes in and I wanted to leave. I honestly should have, but I really needed my nails done and I already made the drive.. My appointment was for 2pm with Angelly and when I got there, said she was running behind, which is normally fine, but she was a WHOLE appointment behind, not just 5-10 minutes. She had taken someone right at my scheduled appointment time. Why make an appointment at this point.. She then looked at my nails and I told her I have gel on them but she and another man kept asking if it was acrylic. Like multiple times. I told them no, I have gel on my natural nails (which are really long so I guess they didn't believe that they weren't tips). That man helped her out and started taking my current nail color off, and he kept inspecting them like he didn't believe that I didn't have acrylic. I told them at my other nail place they usually just use the drill to take off the color because he was insistent on soaking them. (I guess to kill time?) He used the drill and took off maybe a very thin layer and then used acetone, cotton, and foil to soak everything else off. I had shown angelly the nail design I wanted via IG when I made the appointment but since she was running behind, I told her for the sake of time, I'd do something easier, to which she replied, "oh good." It was almost 3pm by the time she started on my nails and I'm not even sure why I waited because when I made the appointment, I specifically told her I couldn't do a later time due to plans I had. She started using some acrylic powder on my nails when I only came in for a gel fill. I was so annoyed and confused so I was like whatever I'm not going to keep arguing. The nail design was good, but I'm not going to waste my time again. I just don't understand the point of making appointments if it takes a whole hour to be seen. read more

I went to this nail place yesterday. The gentleman took care of me ... he was very nice and did a good shilac manicure but after he was done he filed them .... I kindly asked him not to do that , but he assured me that he knew this polish he was using very well and I was wrong ..... today is one day after and this is what they look like ..... further more when I went to show them what it looked like he said it was the oil of my natural nail .... well this has never happened to me before so highly doubt that They fixed them but I had to waste time and gas to go back read more

Absolutely an amazing nail salon. The owners Theresa and Mike are down-to-earth sweet people. But overall they are great NAIL specialists. I have been here twice and both times they exceeded my expectations. They are humble human beings who aim to please. I received dip powder nails for the first time and I am in love with them. Will continue to get them every month. They are light but still sturdy. They was not that expensive and they informed me that over time my nails will grow which is what I expressed what I wanted. I went just to get my acrylics removed and just for a cleanup of my natural nails (no color). I had called prior to going and they told me this service would be $30 without tip. I thought that is pretty steep but when I went, the gentleman was very gentle when removing my acrylic so it did not hurt like I am used to. He also took his time and gave my hands and fingers the best massage after he was done. I ended up paying $36 including tip, but the staff was kind and I wanted to support them for this reason. read more

While I would otherwise give this salon a solid five stars, I don't feel comfortable returning after my last visit. The quality was fantastic and the tech did a great job (as they all do), but she made a remark that made me feel really self-conscious. She said "Why are your arms all veiny like an old person?" I'm 30. I know it might seem silly or like such a small thing to be upset over, but I suffer from a chronic health condition that affects my appearance and I have body dysmorphia. When I go get my nails done, I just want to relax and come out feeling a little more confident in expressing myself. I don't remember the tech's name and I'm not out to get her in trouble, but I just wanted to chime in that I think it's unprofessional to offer unsolicited commentary about people's appearance that feels like body-shaming. read more

I used to be a regular until I noticed how much my bill was fluctuating from visit to visit. I was being seriously over charged. I never knew how much my bill was going to be. A $170 bill for a basic pedi and nail dip was the final straw for me. I've since moved to a different salon down the road who does equally impressive work for half the price. To respond to the reply left from the spa owner: I have not once been given a receipt for any of my visits. Just my punch card signed. I was not the only one over charged. My friend I had referred and brought with me also paid well over the listed price on the menus we were provided. I appreciate the offer to return, but honestly we have no interest to do so. This was not the first time we experienced that situation, just the push we needed to not return. read more

The customer service is great, however I am highly disappointed with the quality of my nails. I get dip regularly and I came here because the reviews were fairly good and I am in from out of town. I am used to having dip stay on my nails and grow out with no problems of cracking or chipping. The nails initially looked good but they did not feel as sturdy as I am used to. It has only been a week and a half and half of my nails have peeled off, I am very disappointed I hoped to make this my new go to place when in town but unfortunately I am not happy with the way my nails are over time. read more

Sue is the sweetest nail salon owner ever! She spent great care and attention on my manicure, hands, and nails. She genuinely cares about the long-term care of her customers nails. This was the first place where my manicurist filed down my cuticles! Also, she had me switching between using the fan and UV light to dry, harden, and set my nails so they last super long. It's all about the 20+ years of experience and technique she uses for an amazing looking and lasting manicure. Pricing is very reasonable and worth the results! My nails were in bad shape bc of the acrylic I had been using for years. Theresa explained to me the benefits of a dip. It's natural with no chemicals. I'm very pleased!! Little Hidden treasure! Stumbled across this place when I needed a pedicure to take care of my toenails for a vacation. I had surgery for ingrown toenails long ago however, I have this stubborn nail that grows back. I have to get it taken care of every couple months. I spoke to Theresa about it and it has been a truly awesome experience. Not only does she always do a great job, the ambiance is my style. A friend and i went here for a pedicure since new ownership. We were handed a menu and the cheapest pedicure was $45 so we picked one and stated the colors we would like. I'm talking to my friend and i feel my toes start to burn a little.. i see a lamp on my feet. Confused i just didn't say thing. Upon check out, I was confused why it was so expensive. They charged an extra $5 for French tip (common) and $20 for gel nails which we did not request nor asked if we wanted. I've never had gel nails because I've seen how they tear your nails up and you have to pay to go back to have them taken off. So here we are $70 for a pedicure not including tip. Most expensive pedicure ever. It looked good.. but i do not appreciate add ons and upcharges without being asked or told the price. So make sure if you go here, you are very clear on what you are getting and what the prices are. read more

This is a family owned nail salon that gives great customer service and takes pride in their work. I went in for a mani/pedi. Unfortunately, I ran out of time and only got the pedicure. It was a deluxe pedicure which included waxing the feet and exfoliation of my lower legs with salts. The pedicure was through and the cuticles were properly trimmed. I was impressed because they could have rushed the pedicure and done the manicure to make the extra money, but they did not. I relaxed in the massage recliner and when the pedicure was completed they brought me five different shades of red to select from ... because I forgot to pick a shade when I walked in. **NEW OWNERS** I have been going to this shop for YEARS!!! I loved the owners and the people who worked there. They always did a fantastic job and where so kind. They had to sell the place and I am VERY disappointed with the new owners! Who ever was running the shop was rude from the moment I walked in. Then she rudely told me they were n longer doing acrylic nails or refills. This is a service that EVERY other salon provides!! Why would decide to away some nail services, and not offer everything. She tried to tell me there "dipping" method is much healthier for my nails. I've had acrylic nails for 15 years, I think as an adult I can make the decision what I is healthy for me. Sadly I will NOT be going back here, for pedicures either! I would recommend finding another salon in the area. There are TONS of them, and all offer ALL nail services! read more
