I want to give a shout to Anthony for taking his time and also recommending the style nails I wanted without trying to up sell me on other nail style. I wanted to keep my natural nails but at the same time get coffin shape, Anthony did the style with shellac and look at how beautiful they look ! Another gentleman did my nails and he also did a great job and took his time. I didn't feel rushed although they were busy - Also priced fair ! $28 for pedicure $30 for shellac manicure and color $20 if you just want to do shellac color without manicure ! I will be coming back !

It was my first time coming and I was a walk in. I wanted a fill in and pedi and asked for Tina for my nails. Tina immediately sat me and got started on my nails till someone was available to start my pedi. At that point I moved to the pedi chair and Tina followed to finish my fill in while I received my pedi. I'm not sure of the ladies name who did my pedicure but it was by far the best I have ever received in my 20 years of going to the nail shop !!! I wanted to take her home with me !! Tina did a wonderful job also and did exactly what I asked her with no wait time. I was so pleased and will definitely be back

This place is super convenient to my home and I really want to go back and like it. This time, the lady that did my nails was... distracted. She was literally turning her whole head and neck to stare at people who were doing things around us. I didn't get it. Weird. The pedicure was mediocre and so was the manicure, unfortunately. Her polish game was way OFF. Especially with the top coat. She was just whacking it on there! You can totally see the unevenness from her lack of attention to detail. Such a pet peeve as the one close enough to notice these things! Ugh! It's day two and my mani does not look like I just got it yesterday. Sad day! HA My feet also feel less than soft. Sorry, that's just unacceptable after almost $40. IJS On the plus side, the place was nice & clean. There was lots of colors to choose from too. Anthony, I'm assuming may be the owner? Was mentioned many times here and I just might have to request an appointment with him next time to change my perspective. They also provided a "punch" card for return customers to earn free services after 10 visits. Oh! And they serve you alcohol! I only took advantage of water this time, but alcohol is always a great option when relaxing in the nail chairs! When I went to check out (with Anthony) I showed him the $5 off yelp offer and he was so confused. He had me back out and show him the location because he was not aware that this offer was available on Yelp??? Either way, $5 off drove me to try this place out. I hope to have a better experience next time!! I'll give it one more try since I need a new nail place and this one is so convenient!

Super uncomfortable inside, very warm temperature inside. I was sweating the whole time. I had called ahead for my friend and I to get pedicures. They started on my friend right away but then did not start on my pedicure for over 35 mins. It was awkward sitting there and waiting with my feet in luke warm water. Finally they started on my pedicure and it was just average. The place is not super visually appealing and didn't offer anything special. It was cheap so I guess the experience matched the price. Womp womp. Won't be going there again.

Came here for a pedi with my daughter...was able to get an appt on a Sunday with a hour's notice which should've told me something. Pedicure was ok, water was cold the whole time and we sat soaking our feet for about 15 minutes before someone came. I am VERY picky about the application of nail polish and will let most things go, but this was terrible, as seen by the photo. May be good to just get a pedicure and apply the nail polish at home yourself. Not worth $28.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Spent almost 3 hours doing my nails. And I was the only one there!!! Asked for red French tip thinking it would be something simple. First technician messed up. Then had to wait for the next technician and she had to remove the red and start over. Still dissatisfied but ended up leaving because I could not waste anymore of my time. Don't spend your hard earned money here for low quality service. read more

One of the best pedicures I've received in years. It had been a very stressful 6 weeks for me. Perhaps the woman doing my pedicure could sense this. She told me "relax" and proceeded to massage my feet and legs for 30 minutes. I am SO relaxed and my toes look so pretty. I was surprised at how nice the salon was inside as well. I can't review the service but I made an appointment here and when I walked in the door I was hit with a blast of fumes. As I sat there waiting for my appointment, I decided there was no way I could spend another minute in there. They desperately need a ventilation system. It's so bad. I don't think they realize how bad it is to breathe fumes like that. Contrast that with Vidura nail spa. We decided to go there instead, and you couldn't smell any fumes whatsoever. I thought about reporting it to the state. Just a heads up, and hoping Rose Nail will do something about it. read more

Staff is very friendly, prices are great. I only took off star because there is zero ambience. The towels used to wrap feet for heat wrap with the pedicure are tattered and look like they should go to goodwill but I do recommend this place and use it regularly for pedicures read more

Got myself and the family a mani pedi. I made an appointment in advance. At first they couldn't squeeze us all in but then they ultimately did. From the moment we walked in we noticed we were the only ones there. Everything was out and ready when we got there. We had a great time together as a family and everyone's nails and feet were feeling great at the end of it! My girlfriend even decided to get acrylic at the last minute and they had 0 problem accommodating her request. The nails turned out great. They did start chipping after a day but she called and they had to problem re doing the few nails at no charge! Would definitely return!! read more

I have gotten a variety of services from the Rose Pedicure, Deluxe Manicure and face waxing, and I have always been tremendously satisfied with the quality of their work. Love coming here! Kim is great--thorough and thoughtful! The atmosphere is very soothing with soft music and a serene theme...they offer refreshments, if you're interested. My favorite part is that my shellac manicure lasts! At the last place I tried, the gel chipped within three days. Not here! I could have kept my color for at least three weeks --maybe longer, but I wanted a change. Plus the pedicure Kim gave me was STELLAR. Thank you, Kim! read more

Staff lacks major skill set in customer service. Definitely didn't feel pampered. They skipped a couple of basic manicure treatments ie: Hand massage, lotion. Just was not impressed overall, especially as a new customer, perhaps just an off day for Rose Nail Salon. read more

I have given them several chances. First 2 visits he made me bleed when he maneuvered the device to close to my cuticle. Then I go for a manicure during covid and he went straight from doing a pedicure without gloves to coming to do my fingernails. I don't think so. I told him I didn't want him to touch me after he touched feet. So he went to wash his hands but I never heard the sink running. Not going back. read more

This place was great. Greeted us at the door. Helped My 5-year old get comfortable in the chair. Offered to take a picture for girls day out. And she even fixed my polish after I bumped it getting up to leave. The people were very nice and attentive. Jason does a good job with full sets and fills. However the young lady that does design is kind of unresponsive and lacks enthusiasm. While I think she's talented she's not open minded, doesn't like taking direction, and shuts down when challenged to try new techniques. I literally had to probe her for design ideas and when I asked her, her thoughts she said she didn't have any suggestions... in the middle of my polish service. She made me feel like I was inconveniencing her and like I was getting on her nerves. I was polite I paid for a service I wasn't in love with, I tipped and I will not be returning. Her attitude is reoccurring even when you convince her to do the designs of your choice to the best of her abilities. I hope it wasn't because I'm a black patron, I'm always polite, quiet, and direct. read more

I was in town for the holidays and found Rose Nails using iPhone Maps. Needed a solar pink and white fill with a small design on two fingers. Joe took his time to be sure everything was perfect. He also was very careful to not cause any pain when three of the old nails needed to be removed. Extremely considerate. It wasn't the fastest fill I've ever had but appears to be high quality. I'll know more after a couple of weeks when they grow out, but today they're perfectly shaped and they're nice and thin like I prefer, not sloppy and thick. He also did a remarkable job with the snowflake I asked for on each ring finger. I would highly recommend Rose Nails and will return whenever I'm in town. read more

Can you give zero stars? Worst eyebrow wax ever!! Lady did not take her time and now I have two different eyebrows. Absolutely horrible! When I got home I noticed wax residue in my eyelashes and she trimmed my right eyebrow too thin. Hate that I even paid for the service. read more

I got a pedicure that had paint on my skin, and skipped portions on the actual nail. When I paint a nail I push the skin out of the way to get to the nail to paint. Also they didn't remove cuticles. This was the fastest pedicure ever and I don't think it was worth the money. Also my feet were not smooth they were peeling so I don't think what they put on was strong enough or done long enough. read more

I was told she would be notified and get call me asap. Tuesday I left a message and no one contacted me. Wednesday I called and left another message. I did finally get a call back on Wed from Denise. She was apologetic and immediately gave us a refund. She advised the girl who did this would receive more training and we thought everything was fine. About 2 hours later I get a call and text for me to contact her. I called and Denise says ," I notice on your file YOU HAVE CANCER! I am trying to get to the bottom of this." It really irritated me. I have been going for about 2 years. She tried to say you can have negative skin reactions from Chemo and Radiation. I interpreted her and advised it's none of her business but with the Cancer I have NEVER had chemo or radiation. Then she was very defensive and said again, I am trying to get the bottom of this but I don't see on your file that we have ever waxed your face, just your brows. I have never had my brows waxed by them. I get my brows threaded. We argued and DENISE HUNG UP ON ME. I sent her a text the next day since she had texted me asking for clarity if they will not wax someone who has Cancer? I told her I wanted closure on the conversation since she hung up on me. She never responded. 1. Extremely unprofessional. 2. Unable to keep staff 3. Unable to train staff properly This is not my problem. The waxologist did not wax my face properly. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is that this establishment does not use hard wax for Brazilians. I have extremely sensitive skin with areas of thinning that repeated passes/rips with soft wax causes tearing and is extremely painful/uncomfortable following the treatment. This is not the fault of my amazing waxologist - it's a poor business model by the company. If they would use hard wax for Brazilians/customer preference, I would give it 5 stars.

What I walked away with was not only physical damage but an experience so shockingly unprofessional that it has permanently soured my trust in this brand. The so-called "wax specialist" managed to get wax stuck in my hair and proceeded to over-wax one of my eyebrows to the point of it being practically bald. This was the complete opposite of what I clearly requested: a basic, minimal clean-up to maintain my natural shape. The difference between my two brows is glaring--something no competent technician should ever allow to happen. When I expressed my horror and asked to speak to the manager, Victoria Willis, a multi-unit manager, I was flat-out refused. Let me repeat that: A manager refused to speak to a customer who had just received visible, damaging, and unacceptable service at the hands of her staff. I've worked in the corporate world both as an employee and a customer, and never in my life have I witnessed such blatant disregard for customer care or accountability. In what world does a manager hide from a legitimate complaint involving botched services and physical injury? The sheer lack of professionalism, empathy, and basic human decency is appalling. To make matters worse, I had redness, irritation, and inflammation along my brow line and scalp from the wax--documented in the photos attached. No one in leadership offered an apology, or any form of resolution. I was only offered hair growth product AFTER I burst out in tears over this horrific experience and my close to bald brow. In the end, I was dismissed like my experience didn't matter. This location is an embarrassment to the EWC brand. If Victoria Willis is the standard for leadership, it reflects a toxic culture of negligence and cowardice. To the corporate office: Do better. And to other customers--go elsewhere unless you want your appearance and dignity left in shambles.

I was also planning to take advantage of the spa amenities afterward and grab lunch at one of the restaurants. About 10 minutes before my appointment, I put on my robe and headed to the waiting area. As my appointment time came and went, I watched every other guest get called back for their massages while I continued to wait. After another 10 minutes had passed, I finally went to the front desk to ask what was going on. The manager came out and informed me that there had been a miscommunication and my massage therapist was unable to make it to work that day. Unfortunately, there were no other therapists available and no alternative appointment times. I was simply told they were sorry and that I would need to reschedule. At that point, I broke down in tears. This wasn't just a massage, it was my birthday gift and my first opportunity to step away from the chaos and demands of postpartum life. Having that experience taken away without any notice was incredibly disappointing. To their credit, they did offer me a complimentary massage whenever I am able to rebook, which I appreciated and accepted. However, this was a very disappointing first impression. A simple phone call before I arrived could have saved me the time, effort, childcare arrangements, and emotional letdown.

The second we walked into the door there was an instant pressure to decide what kind of nails and what color. They weren't really answering my questions and basically rushed us to sit down. It's a hit or miss. One lady totally messed up my friends nails and told her the wrong price the other lady did a fine job. Horrible customer service would never come here again.
