Safe to say, this was the most welcoming nail salon I've ever been to. I had the honor of getting my nails done by THE Tommy, and he is very talented! I also work in healthcare, so I decided to get a (very, very) short set with dip powder. I love the color pink, so I was debating between two shades. Tommy actually tested the colors on my nail so I could really visualize how they would look. I've never been offered that before, and it was honestly very helpful. Tommy was also selling his kids' Girl Scout Cookies, and I went home with two boxes haha. Overall, it was a great experience--clean atmosphere, great service, and good company. I will definitely be back to Tommy Nails & Spa! Apple Maps actually took me to their old location, which is just down the road. I was speaking with Tommy about how they've tried to fix it but no changes had been made, so I decided to help by reporting the issue to Apple Maps. Now the new location is showing up correctly! Also, my pinky nail snapped in half the same day I got them done, this is fine and probably my fault but upon returning and asking for it to be repaired I did not receive quality work. The man fixing my nail left it very thick and did not bring it to the same shape, he also left the acrylic powder built up under the nail which can only be removed by their drills/filing machines so there is nothing I can do about it now unless I went back. I will not be going back to this nail salon location though. Overall the salon is great and there are many services offered, but some staff are just not as careful and kind as you would hope for them to be when providing a service. Request Ms. Ivy when getting your nails, she was nice and worked hard to make my nails how I wanted them. I will not be going back but I have a friend who swears by Ms. Ivy and loves how her nails turn out every time.
