Cuticle trimming wasn't a trim, it was ripping. She didn't close the toll hardly at all and instead ripped the skin off which hurt SO BAD. When I said ow the lady said sorry and just stopped clipping instead of doing it properly. My pedicure lasted a total of 17 minutes, most of the time was spent painting. She hardly scrubbed my feet even though, ya know, the whole point of a pedicure is to get softer feet. Yeah my toes were painted fine but I could have done that myself AND the polish was old and thick. I came to get a decent pedicure, scrubbed feet, and cuticles clipped. I'll have to go somewhere else to get my pedicure redone. Very disappointed with this place. The other ladies seemed nice and good at their job from what I saw. My lady didn't have a name tag otherwise I'd tell y'all who NOT to ask for. Sorry to the owner but I'd never come back because of the horrible customer service.

Before I ascribed, I called ahead to make sure there was no wait and they knew what I wanted. The lady said they were available, so I headed that way. It was pretty dead, and technicians were eager to make money. Two weeks ago I got a full set with shellac and pedi done at Fancy Nails (by the way amazing), and my set is still looking fresh, so I wanted a manicure and color change with a deluxe pedicure. The lady started my pedicure by removing the nail polish and clipping my toe nails. She proceeded to clean under my nails, but with the wrong tool. She ended up stabbing my big toe underneath my nail bed, and instead of sanitizing it with alcohol she just dipped my foot in the water twice and continued asking me about what color I wanted. At this point, I didn't want her doing my pedicure and decided to leave. I should not be aware and knowledgeable of a nail techs' process and procedures more than them. My toe hurts, and it still bleeding. I'm rating them a two because they were still clean and in a good area, but the quality and skills of just the basic nail care is not up to par.

That's fine, but the owner was overly aggressive with filing, and he made me bleed twice. He also drilled too hard under my nails resulting in one of them still hurting hours later. After he cut me the first time he apologized. When I asked if he could adjust the lines on the art because he attempted it even though he said the other employee was going to come back to do it, he got frustrated and told me to do it myself. Typically in salons if you need a fine line, they'll use a toothpick or something else smaller than the little bottle brush to get the effect. They did not do that. They were clearly talking about me in front of me, which was very unprofessional. I will not be coming back

I also had acrylic applied to my toes. For the $70 they charge, you would think they would know how to do it professionally..but nope. When I had the acrylic removed, I discovered they had applied acrylic onto my skin, and it ripped my skin off during removal. On another note, if you care about your cuticles, do NOT come here. I'm missing part of the cuticle bed on my big toe because they were so aggressive while trimming. They cut into the living skin surrounding my nail, and now I have inflammation because of it. I was curious why this place is never busy and wondered if it was one of those hidden gem salons. It is not. I will definitely not be coming back for the sake of my skin, nails, and cuticles!!

I had a regular basic manicure with shellac and a deluxe volcano special pedicure. She massaged my back and my legs and wrapped warm towels on my legs and feet. She also put paraffin wax on my feet using plastic bags. It's very clean inside and the staff is very professional. My sister got a regular full set manicure and a basic pedicure. We both got French nails. They charge $5 for French tip. Which is totally fine by me. I tried to do it myself and I end up with a bad back and bad results. Totally worth coming here. 10/10 would come again and bring friends.

I was trying treat my grandma to a pedicure. She has neuropathy & has swelling in her legs. The water for both her & I was scalding hot. Took 3 attempts to get the temperature right. The tech that worked on mine & my grandmother's feet were both rude & not friendly. Only one other customer was there and she was finishing up a manicure. Alena was the only tech free when we first walked in and she avoided us by sitting down and filing her own nails until the owner told her something.
