It was a difficult operation as they had to work from a neighbors yard and aces the trees by reaching over the neighbors house, power lines etc. Mike took care to protect the property and work with the neighbor, who was difficult. His crew brought in a 110 ton crane with a 140 foot reach. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and extremely hard working. The job was finished in less than half the time of other estimates and at just over half the cost of other companies. Before leaving, they cleaned up the entire site to the point that you would never know they were there. I highly recommend Mike and his crew.

This company claims they are quick and attentive to respond. I would like to know what their definition of that is! It's been a month with no contact from company. If someone drove by and didn't want the job, respect the customer and give them the courtesy by responding instead of leaving them hanging! No way to run a business with poor customer service. I replied that I did want the driveway cleared. Shortly after the snow/sleet stopped, I received a text message that they were on the way. About 5 minutes later, the crew arrived and did a fantastic job of clearing our driveway and front path. They even salted where necessary. Then, about 1/2 hour later, a link to my invoice arrived by text message. A couple of clicks and the invoice (plus generous tip) was paid by credit card. Easy peasy. Highly recommend!!!
