He told me that he was actually filing a lawsuit against that other tree company for unfair trade practices. I decided not to use Arbortech because they were pushy and trying to convince me to sign a contract with them ASAP. I found a company that was not as pushy, had better reviews, and did quality work instead. Almost a year later, Justin asked me to testify in court on HIS behalf, against that other tree company. I said no; I don't want to be involved in a court case. And he said he will subpoena me. He did in fact subpoena me to appear in court on HIS behalf against a tree company competitor.
