Let me back up. When we arrived at 4:50 there was 1 table occupied and the waitress asked if we had a reservation. I thought that was cute. My nephew suggested people were just getting off work. He was right. By 5:10 the place was packed. Make a reservation or go early! We both ordered the Prime Rib. I ordered, and included a picture, of what they call the XTRA SMALL. It is huge (to me!). My nephew ordered the large (he's a master diesel mechanic and can EAT) and the waitress said "Are you sure?" He ended up taking 1/3 of his and 2/3 of mine home for leftovers. The meat was perfectly cooked, very tender and seasoned to perfection. Dinner comes with a soup and salad bar. I had a little clam chowder that was delicious. The salad bar was great and included hush puppies as big as softballs. Best I've ever had. Took 2 so I could give one to my nephew so he could experience it. Made him a fan. Dinner also includes your choice from an impressive list of desserts. My caramel apple cobbler is sitting in my hotel fridge waiting for me to get hungry for a late night snack.
