There would be no budging, even though it would have been very likely we would have been some of their only customers of the night. They wouldn't bend. In a tiny town at the end of a very desolate stretch of road in a restaurant located inside of a very fancy hotel I would have expected much better service and a later closing time. But in a tiny town? That's very typical behavior. I also would have hoped they would have been more flexible even just for that weekend because there were many people in town for a wedding. But nope. So this place was really good for the brunch I had there but service leaves something to be desired. I remarked upon walking in that someone seemed to have gone hog wild with the pine-sol - the smell hit me like a wall! I ordered an iced coffee . I took a sip in the store , while I was still permeated with pine-sol , and it seemed fine. As soon as I left the store and was walking for a bit and then took another sip, I realized it too had been permeated . I don't know if it was the ice , the cup, or the coffee. Pine-sol original is one of those sickeningly pungent scents that gets stuck in your mouth just from breathing it in. I dumped it down the sink , it was not drinkable. ‍ My advice: Get a different floor cleaner and measure it like a miser.
