I was so happy to find that my favorite Olive Oil & Vinegar store in Orange County was still open during Covid-19 AND they were offering specials! They currently have a 15% off Cinco de Mayo special and in the past they have offered Easter and other specials so if you miss the Cinco de Mayo one then check out their website or Facebook page for more details. Of course in person this is the best store ever because you can sample with little pieces of bread all of the flavors - however, now in the age of Coronavirus you can read the descriptions of the oils and vinegars online and also the website offers photos and options for what to pair things with (they also have a great blog for cooking instructions). My favorite thing to do is dip bread in them with an antipasti platter but I also use the oils and vinegars to make my own salad dressings, and cook meat and vegetables. I even cooked brussel sprouts tonight for dinner in their blackberry ginger dark balsamic vinegar and it was delicious! My favorite vinegar is their Peach White Balsamic because I have tried the Peach balsamic from over a dozen oil/vinegar stores and this one is by far the best! What I like also about 41 Olive is that they offer 60ml tiny bottles for only $6.99 where you can sample different flavors of the oils and vinegars. As a Mother's Day present to myself I ordered 15 of the small bottles and I'm going to have an oil & vinegar tasting party with fresh baked bread as my Mother's Day event (my kids are little so my husband will probably come up with something too but if not, I'm going to be set ;-) ) I also ordered large bottles (you can choose 200ml or 350ml or even the huge 750ml) of the White Truffle Oil, Black Truffle Oil and my beloved Peach White Balsamic Vinegar. Having an oil & vinegar tasting party at home is something fun you can do for date night or a special event for those you are self quarantining with! You could even order some delivered to other family members and do a taste event over Zoom! Overall the whole process was super easy! I ordered online and they even have a chat window where someone really does reply IMMEDIATELY! I was impressed with the fast response and I was also impressed that since I live in Orange County they delivered my order to me the very next day! Such great service to get doorstep delivery and everything was packed really well that you can order some as a great gift for family too! Once I find my favorite out of the 60ml bottles I plan to order more in the large bottles! read more

They messed up my order. They don't respond to several emails and they don't return calls .... Call to their Home Store and no one knows what's going on. It's been 3 weeks and still missing products. I'm so disappointed. No owner or manager available for two more days ... One guy Corbin tried to help but no one from the warehouse ever returned the call. This place has amazing products (18 year old Balsamic is FANTASTIC!), however, DON'T BE FOOLED BY THEIR PROMOTIONS! I received a text for their Mother's Day Sale - 25% off all orders online and in store (same ad is on their website) - but it is NOT off all orders! I was looking to purchase the balsamic vinegar and sesame seed oil, and was told that the promotion did not apply to the oils. The gentleman called someone on the phone, who confirmed that the promotion would not apply to the sesame seed oil. There were no exclusions noted on the web or on the text. I walked out without the sesame oil. Today, I received the exact same text message. Buyer be ware - they will try anything to get you into the store - including false advertising! read more

The staff were so friendly and caring, they took their time with us and made sure we had everything we needed! A couple of months ago I returned to the store to purchase another bottle of aged balsamic vinegar. I knew when I purchased this new bottle that I would get a sample bottle as I had been told that on my next visit I would have enough purchases to get a free sample bottle. Unfortunately the piece of equipment that would tell the store associate I could have a free sample bottle was missing. I walked away and haven't returned.
