We were in Lake Forest for a skate event and after spending the day in the sun, I Yelped shaved ice nearby and found this place. The place is like a little shack, so there is no place to eat inside and there are a couple of tables outside. It does have a drive thru(hence sno2go). And in case it does get a little overwhelming there are some specialty combos that are fun! They also offer special limited flavors in case you are the type that gets bored of the same old thing. Really disappointing experience. I waited over 10 minutes in the drive-thru while multiple people who walked up to the other window were assisted first. There was no communication -- I was just left waiting and repeatedly pushed off. I stayed patient, but when I asked if there was any way to compensate for the long wait, the staff laughed. That response alone made the experience worse and felt very unprofessional. I understand places can be understaffed, but customers shouldn't be ignored or made to feel like their time doesn't matter.
