It was very dangerous! He was weaving and tailgating so close that he definitely would have rear ended the cars in front of him. Traffic was really heavy, and we were all trying to get over and out of his way. We understand he was rushing to a call, but reckless driving is a danger to everyone in his path. Most businesses want to know if a driver is a liability. I called to let their dispatcher know about their driver. The man that answered yelled at me saying the driver was going to a call and to "Get the fuck out of the way!" Before I could respond he hung up on me. Very unprofessional and hateful. I received the assistance of ANGEL TOM SORENSEN when I called 911 for assistance. While my AAA failed me, TOM DID NOT! Tom patiently waited for me to try to see what was what with AAA and when we got NO WHERE, he worked with me to make the pain of payment less, got my Rental Car out of the trench, led me to my destination (about 3:30 AM), and made sure I was at the right location. God SURELY sent Tom to me and I thank Him and Tom most sincerely!!! I hope not to need such assistance again. We got locked out of our jeep at the end of a service road that was not easy to get to, it was an off roading trail. We called several people for help, even 911, seeing if they knew someone who could help us. We were getting ready to bust the window out with the wench but my husband tried one more person and got a hold of North GA Roadside and let me tell you, he OFF ROADED in his truck to get to us. We can not tell you how much we appreciated him agreeing to off road to us to help us. He was so great, keeping in touch with us and helping us. Such a nice guy as well. I opened the call at 8:30 a.m. after my car broke down due to mechanical issues less than half a mile from my house. Despite repeated updates saying help was "30 minutes away," no one arrived until 1:00 p.m. When the driver finally showed up, he got upset because I had given my home address instead of the exact breakdown spot -- even though he found me less than two minutes away from the car. Instead of helping, he argued, didn't like how I replied, and refused service, saying "I am the company" before leaving. After waiting over four hours, I was left stranded. Progressive should reconsider using this company.
