I opened the call at 8:30 a.m. after my car broke down due to mechanical issues less than half a mile from my house. Despite repeated updates saying help was "30 minutes away," no one arrived until 1:00 p.m. When the driver finally showed up, he got upset because I had given my home address instead of the exact breakdown spot -- even though he found me less than two minutes away from the car. Instead of helping, he argued, didn't like how I replied, and refused service, saying "I am the company" before leaving. After waiting over four hours, I was left stranded. Progressive should reconsider using this company.

I have no doubt that the work was the highest quality. Subsequently, I bought in my 2021 4Runner and had a full brake (Calipers, Rotors and Pads) upgrade work done. My only concern when I drove up was the esthetics of the shop and surrounding lot. Some may drive away. Don't, this is an honest shop that does quality work at a reasonable price.
