We got locked out of our jeep at the end of a service road that was not easy to get to, it was an off roading trail. We called several people for help, even 911, seeing if they knew someone who could help us. We were getting ready to bust the window out with the wench but my husband tried one more person and got a hold of North GA Roadside and let me tell you, he OFF ROADED in his truck to get to us. We can not tell you how much we appreciated him agreeing to off road to us to help us. He was so great, keeping in touch with us and helping us. Such a nice guy as well. She went back inside and arranged for someone to come and tow me and told me some tire places to look up to see if they'd be open When the driver Moby got there he professionally loaded my large SUV and reassured me that it was perfectly normal for me to be weirded out being stuck on the side of the interstate. He delivered me and my car safely to the tire store I'd picked out which was a good trek away from where we were. Was it cheap? No. But it wasn't out of line either. Gas is crazy expensive. I can't imagine how much that wrecker uses. And they came out when they were closing and made a difficult experience more tolerable. I appreciated it very much

Geico was contacted by them and told this information and instead of trying more providers said they would not be contacting any other providers u til I get more video of how the car was sitting ( I had already took a taxi home and didn't have any other transportation to get back to my car) out of disparity, I made a Facebook post in a local group pleading for help and working minutes, Steven responding and was to my house to pick me up and had the car out of the ditch all within 30 minutes. Wesley and the rest of the guys have extreme attention to detail when working on the trucks. I came with a 2017 Peterbilt 579 paccar and it needed shocks, torque rods, alignment and pretty much everything. The job should of taking way longer to do and these guys completed it inside out in under 5 hours.
