Lundy was beyond saintly patient and happily made numerous revisions to our design every time we "changed our minds", quickly emailing new renderings and plans. The Tops team were ultra-efficient, responding without delay, showing up on time, despite obviously having a busy schedule with appointments and installations. This from my experience, being from up north, is a rarity in South Florida. Lundy personally accompanied us to Prime Stone's showroom and handled all of the measurements, templates and fabrication for countertops as well. We were extremely satisfied with the quality and workmanship Tops provided, especially considering the fair price. Our kitchen looks like it's out of a magazine and appears far more expensive than it actually was! (Shhhhh...) Then he left a cut out hole in the cabinet above the microwave because he had originally installed them to far to one side and had to be removed and reinstalled and then we still have the cord to the microwave rolled up in the cabinet so you can really only use one side of it. Needless to say working with him was a headache.

Customer service should be about treating customers with courtesy and respect, regardless of the situation. The counters went down beautifully but there was some question about whether or not they'd be able to get all of the backsplashes done with the amount of material we had in our slabs. Ultimately, they made it happen without any drama or delay which was really appreciated. I also want to mention how impressed I was with their trustworthiness. They basically had complete access to our house for three days as well as the codes to get in and they didn't abuse the trust we placed in them whatsoever.
