We turned to leave the shop without argument. He followed, screaming obscenities in my ear. When we reached the sidewalk, he assaulted my wife, grabbing her phone and running back into the shop. I pinned him against the wall and we got the phone back. Police were not available. Three days later, two officers came on a "keep the peace" call and were able to get my receiver back. He was going to charge me $143.56 for the part and another $199.90 for the labour. He put on the estimate a socket kit. What's a socket kit? Never took the fan apart to look inside. If you're a woman and don't know better they will rip you off. I lost my $89.00 for the visit but I am definitely not using them. Wow.
