This place used to be great--it was my go-to place for phone repairs, as well as for purchasing refurbished phones, but not anymore! I don't know if the ownership or management changed hands, but the two people who are working there now have incredibly poor communication skills. I understand working with the general public is a pain, but the people running this place now dole out important information one bite at a time, rather than all at once, upfront. As a result, I kept changing my mind as to how I wanted to go about resolving the situation with my phone. Then the guy working was very obviously irritated with me for changing my mind. But if they had properly answered my questions to begin with, it would have cut down on all the back and forth! So he is blaming me and getting irritated at me for them not giving me the information that I had requested on Day One. Ultimately, I ended up spending over $500 on a refurbished phone from them (which they said was unlocked for AT&T, but when I put my SIM card in, my SIM card was incompatible, and I now have to figure out how to unlock it ), as well as replacing the screen on my old phone, which left my phone permanently altered for the worst and they never explained the risks to me ahead of time and were annoyed with me for being upset about it. Very dissatisfied with the communication and service. I will take my business elsewhere since my business is so undervalued here. read more

Overall frustrating and disappointing experience that felt like a "bait and switch". Long review, but I will try to summarize. On Wed. Feb. 7 I sent an Instagram message to this business enquiring whether they do iPad battery repairs on my older model iPad Pro 10.5. They got back to me on Mon. Feb 12 and said they do, it's ~$150+tax and takes 90 minutes. I advised that sounded good and I would be bringing mine in. I arrived at store opening on Tue. Feb. 13 to get it repaired as I had time to leave it for 90 minutes and then pick it up. Turns out they didn't have the battery in stock and would have to order it, but could get it the next day. I chose to leave the device so that they could get right to it on Wed. She offered me 10% off the battery since they hadn't told me they would have to order it. By 2pm Wed. Feb. 14 I had heard nothing. I called and got no answer, but left a VM. A couple hours later they messaged that it was taking longer than expected but they'd let me know when done. Saying nothing about why it was taking longer than expected. No further contact that day. On Thur. Feb. 15 they messaged that it was ready at about 10:30am. An inconvenient time for me, but I made the 30 minute drive there to get it. When they handed it to me it was immediately apparent that the touch screen wasn't working and they informed me that they had had to replace a chip on the motherboard that controls battery charging. They did not mention any additional cost and hadn't previously called to let me know additional work would need to be done. She seemed annoyed that I wanted to leave the device to get the touch screen working. I messaged later that afternoon, they didn't reply. I drove there about 5:15pm (they are supposed to close at 7pm), but they had closed early leaving a hand written sign to that effect on the door. At ~10:40am on Fri. Feb. 16 (day 4) I called and left a VM (still nobody picks up), messaged on my iPhone to the contact they'd been using, and sent another sternly worded message on IG messenger. Shortly after I got a call that the iPad was ready and fixed. I arrived about 30 minutes later and, indeed, it appeared to be working fine. But at that time I was told that the battery control chip they had to replace cost $150, but they were giving me $50 off of that. But she hadn't included the previously promised 10% off the battery. I did insist on that being included. Still, my out-the-door cost had gone to $254, $100 more than the original quote and at no time had I agreed to pay more nor had I ever been told that there would be an extra cost. My iPad had been working perfectly except for short battery life. For an iPad of this age I definitely would have chosen to just use it as a trade-in for a new iPad with warranty and upgraded components for the $250-$300 this repair cost. I found other reviews with similar comments about unexpected cost add-ons that the owner was not made aware of prior to the service being done. This feels intentional at worst and poor/inconsiderate business practice at best. Add to that the poor and inconsistent means of communication in general and I advise extreme caution using this business. I cannot in good conscience not write this review. Took my iPhone 6 there to get a new battery. They said it wasn't worth it and said they could sell me a refurbished iPhone 8 for $249. I said OK and bought it. The total for the phone, setting it up and a case came to $384. I called them the next morning and reported the phone wasn't working properly and I wanted a refund. The man yelled "NO REFUNDS" and other abusive words. Called my friend who had me do some things to. the phone and it is much better now. I'm 71 and I guess that story is true about people taking advantage of the elderly. read more

I tried to come to this place to get my iPhone fixed. I called and spoke with Brad beforehand asking about a price, and showed up to get it fixed. I tried to walk in and his door was locked, so I called while on the other side of the door and got his voicemail. I waited a few minutes, while still at the location, and it went right to voicemail. DON'T EVER GO TO THIS PLACE!! On May 7th I took my daughters iPhone 12 Pro Max to this place to get a tiny chip in the screen fixed. It took them about 30 minutes before I got a text saying it was ready to pick up. A few days later it started glitching, doing random things and typing random things, but we were out of town and couldn't take the phone back to the place. Once we got back, May 14th we took it back since it had a 30 day warranty. Michael took the phone back and said that there was a pinched wire in the screen when they put the new one on May 7th and called it "Ghost typing." The pinched wire was entirely their fault, Micheal said someone who specializes in iPhone 12's worked on it, so shouldn't it have been fixed correctly the first time? A few days after the second screen got put on, the phone started getting super hot, powering itself off and the battery would drain really fast. The battery health of the phone is 100% so it shouldn't be draining so fast, and Michael even looked at a chart of the batter usage and said it shouldn't be draining so fast. When it would power off, we couldn't power it back on until it did it itself, and sometimes wouldn't power on for 20+ minutes! I took it back because of those problems on May 23rd, at about 5pm, knowing they close at 7 Michael said they would have to keep it overnight so he could run 4K videos for 5 hours straight and see if the phone would crash for him. We came back May 24th to pick it up, and at this time he had the phone for almost 24 hours. When we got it back we looked at the screen time on the phone and the videos were only ran for 2 hours and 30 minutes, but he said he couldn't find anything and he just put a new screen on it stating that it may just be a bad screen, it was obvious they didn't put a new screen on it because the screen protector had the same bubbles in the same exact spots. May 25th it was still having the same problems. I called the place to tell them and Landon said they will get it fixed, and fixed properly so he asked us to take it back so he could work on it himself. We dropped it off at 3pm that day and went back an hour later. Micheal handed us the phone and said the phone was defective and there was nothing else they could do about it. The phone worked perfectly before we took it to them, even with the chip in the screen, but has had problems ever since we took it to them. They don't use genuine Apple parts, they buy the parts from the same manufacture company as Apple does. Now my daughter has a messed up phone because of them and no refund or extension on the 30 days. Let's see what they have to come back with now, beware of this place!!!! read more

Poor product! Had my screen replaced for $113 and he sold me on the tempered glass screen protector so a total of $145. In less than 24 hours the screen cracked. When I called to let him know he offered an additional screen for $89 and told me, "Well if you had gone to Apple and had your screen replaced they wouldn't do anything for you either." read more
